Megan Baker Anmeldelser

Fantastic local estate agent for Cowes and the Isle of Wight.
From start to finish great helpful communication and willing to go the extra mile to fit in with your own particular circumstances.
Many thanks to Anne, Grace and Jen!

From start to finish Megan and her team have been amazing! So professional, helpful and supportive throughout. My husband and I were first time buyers so entered this whole process completely clueless but everyone who’s dealt with us along the way has been brilliant. Thank you for making this potentially scary and stressful experience seem so manageable!

The total experience from start to finish was excellent with the Megan Baker team.

Property details and the online viewing and images were of an excellent quality and the process of getting my property on to the market was painless.

Megan and her team kept me fully up to date with viewings, buyer feedback and gave very useful guidance when it came to agreeing a sale price.

Through out the conveyancing the team were excellent at chasing the chain and keeping me up to date with progress. I was always amazed when I called the office how up to date the whole team were on the progress of my sale.

At no point did I have to wait for someone to call me back because the person who knew about my sale was out of the office or on the phone. Everyone seemed to know what was going

Overall the service was Excellent and I would definitely use Megan Baker again

Megan Baker are the best estate agent that I have had the pleasure of dealing with. They regularly kept us updated, and went above and beyond with any queries we had. It was exceptionally helpful when they found us other companies (cleaning & sewage etc) and liaised with them to get other jobs done. I highly recommend Megan Baker and would be happy to use them again.

Fantastic professional service.

I highly recommend Megan Baker - I recently purchased through their agency in Cowes and it has been a surprisingly easy and stress free process. Response times were excellent and Anne is straightforward, professional and a pleasure to deal with.

Megan Baker estate agents in Cowes on the Isle of Wight are exceptional. Unlike other agents I've used in the past, they are with you every step of the way, from initial viewing, through the negotiation process, ensuring everything runs quickly and smoothly until completion. They always respond to emails or telephone calls promptly. Always polite and professional. The most honest and helpful agent I've ever dealt with. They're able to make excellent recommendations for local services, conveyancing etc. I've only used them for the purchase of a property but I'm sure they would be equally efficient and dynamic when acting for a vendor. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

The whole team went out of their way for me selling my investment property on the island especially as I am based on the main land. 100% best estate agent I've dealt with.

Exceptional service, very professional all staff give 100% and above, especially Jennifer.
I would totally recommend them.

I required a valuation of our property for personnel reasons, which were explained to Megan prior to her visit. When she arrived she was well prepared, gave her time even though she was aware we had no intention of selling. Megan explained things to me, asked questions and took information down. Over the years i have dealt with estate agents and have never been that impressed. Megan I felt was honest, trustworthy, professional, friendly, and interested in what I had to say. I would have no hesitation in giving her my property to sell if necessary in the future.

Knowledgeable, informative and friendly throughout the transaction for my Mum. Excellent service! Many thanks to the whole team!

Outstanding service, professional and friendly throughout. All of the team worked hard to ensure that the sale went through smoothly and quickly. Megan Baker is by far the best agent that I have ever dealt with.

We bought our house from Megan Baker originally and they were so helpful that when it came to sell we didn't even consider anyone else! They were always there for us, helpful, understanding and efficient. Selling a house is stressful enough, make that a little bit easier by using Megan Baker and you will thank yourself.

It is said that selling a home is one of the most stressful life experiences one can go through. But to do so from the other side of the world and during a pandemic, well the potential for it to all go horribly wrong is immense.

This is the situation we found ourselves in!

Sara and I are both so hugely grateful to the team at Megan Baker. In particular we are most impressed by the level of communication - just as it should be!

So often in business today communication is sadly lacking. From the moment Anne McDine came to visit our Newport home before our departure for Australia we immediately knew that when it came to comms we were in safe hands.

It is why we trusted the sale of our home to Megan Baker and not to the other two agents consulted, both of whom failed on deliverables within 24hrs of meeting.

The sale process met the usual hurdles at the bottom of a chain which had ripple effects up the line. It was stressful, but the team at Megan Baker always updated us and never had to be chased. They were with us every step of the way - a huge comfort.

So from deepest Tasmania, we send a genuine recommendation to anyone on the Isle of Wight considering selling their home - do not look beyond Megan Baker estate agents!

I can not praise the team at Megan baker highly enough. They were amazing through what was the most difficult and stressful time. They were extremely professional,
Caring and with excellent communication throughout.

Wow! I can not praise these ladies enough, it has been a very stressful sale and purchase but they have been amazing every step of the way to help us through the process. I will always use Megan Baker because they are professional, caring understanding and honest.

Anne and all the team from Megan Baker have been the best agents I’ve dealt with for a long time. Their customer service and communication skills are just amazing. Would without a doubt recommend using them to sell your property.

We have used Megan Baker now for the third time and there is a clear reason we keep going back. The personal touch, the constant updates you get, the reassuring experience that you get and the confidence that you feel that they have your best interests at heart. Moving is always stressful but Megan Baker Estate Agents make the whole process bearable. Anne especially just makes you feel a little more calmer about the whole thing. We wouldn’t go anywhere else and if we decided to sell again they will be assured of our repeat custom for a fourth time!

Great communication throughout and very professional,Thanks in particular to Grace and initially Jenny from the block as she directed me th Megan Baker after i explained how dissatisfied i was with our previous agent.

I have purchased two properties through Megan Baker estate agents over the years. The team are very professional, no nonsense and very honest. From viewing to completion took six weeks. Highly recommended.
