Megan Baker Anmeldelser

We were buying a property through Megan Baker, and from the beginning it was a very professional and personal experience, from the walk through video of the property, with helpful commentary for once, and not just background music, to the post sale service. Anne is excellent at keeping you updated on what’s happening throughout your chain and she doesn’t just wait for things to happen, she is always making things happen. She shows great empathy and understanding of the situation you are in and does her utmost to make the journey as bearable as possible. Without her continued efforts I think we both might have given up!!

Really pleased with the service from Megan Baker estate agent .
Anne was very professional throughout from valuation of our property through to sale .
Communication between the whole team and us was most appreciated and stopped us getting frustrated with the process especially as our sale included a long chain ,Christmas and a lockdown so not an easy time to move .
Well done ,we will recommend you .

I don't usually write reviews but the team at Megan Baker are true angels. Our sale was not straight forward and I found the process very challenging from a mental health perspective. I truly felt that the team cared about us as a family and not just the sale of our property. They helped us navigate our sale and purchase in a calm and supportive manner and were always on hand when I needed them. I can not thank them enough and would never hesitate to recommend them.

Megan and Anne were so helpful and worked tirelessly to see us through both the sale of our property and the purchase of our new one
They deserve a big thank you from us.
We thoroughly recommend Megan Baker as a completely professional estate agents in all the aspects needed in buying and selling properties.

I highly recommend Megan Baker. They have all been wonderful during the sale of my house. I cannot fault them. They are extremely thorough, from the way they market a property to all the chasing that is required when selling a property. I am now buying through them, which is a huge relief as I know I can trust them and they will do all they can to make the purchase as smooth as possible. Thank you to all the team! Xx

Fantastic service. They made the sale of our house very easy. We put it on the market at the right price and it sold incredibly quickly. I would recommend Megan Baker Estate Agents to anyone looking to sell their home who is looking for help and support all the way through the process. Thanks ladies!

All of the staff were always helpful and friendly, kept me up to date with proceedings and explained clearly my part in the sale, all bought to a satisfactory conclusion.

A willing and helpful team of people who went out of their way to keep me up to date with current proceedings even when things didn't go smoothly because of third party delays. A potentially stressful time kept to a minimum with focus and attention to detail. Thank you for your help.

Helped every step along the way. I think we must have dealt with everyone in the office by the end, but they were all well-informed, professional and friendly. Would certainly recommend them!

Anne and Grace have been brilliant during the sale of my home in these difficult times.
Communication has been excellent and information clear.
I would highly recommend Megan Baker and her team for a sale of a house.

Extremely professional , keep you informed through every step of the sales process.

Would highly recommend every time ..

Thank you to the Team

Megan Baker Estate Agents gave clear, honest and sound advice.
I was kept fully informed at all times throughout the house sale process.
The team went out of their way (beyond what most estate agents do) to do a lot of phoning and chasing with clients, solicitors, mortgage brokers, and surveyors over all questions and queries which took the burden and time away from me and resulted in a stress free sale.
I was very satisfied with the level of service i received and would recommend them for sale and purchase.
