Megan Baker Anmeldelser

Regular updates didn’t have to chase anything .I would definitely recommend and use again

Megan, Anne and Jenn were fantastic throughout the entire purchase process - there were a number of delays further down the chain which extended the overall timeline, but the team kept in touch regularly and responded quickly to any query or questions. It has honestly felt like a real team effort throughout and they are genuinely interested in you and the property, rather than just pushing through a simple financial transaction. I would highly recommend working with this team, just by their engagement alone. Excellent job, thank you.

All of the team at Megan Baker were fantastic during the recent sale of my home, but an extra special thanks has to go to Anne. The team kept me well updated and were alway happy to answer any questions. Thank you so much for selling my home and getting sold so quickly in a difficult market!

Excellent service - marketing, advice, support, efficiency and brilliant communication from Anne, Jenn & Megan which made the whole process of selling my home so very much easier - thank you all.

Communication is key, I think, and the team at Megan Baker were very good at keeping me up to date, liaising with vendor and solicitor and keeping things moving.

A really proactive and efficient team. Anne and Jenn work hard for their clients to facilitate a speedy sale, and get involved to resolve any issues by liaising with both sides.

Megan Baker's Estate agents were a great team to work with selling my property. Always available, welcoming and willing to work though issues in a positive and professional manner, sound advice on all matters and above and beyond with support and advice.
Friendly, thorough and conscientious.

We are so pleased that we engaged Megan Baker to market our home.
Of the 3 Agents we approached, they were the ones that had clearly prepared for the initial meeting.
Anne gave us confidence in the ability of Megan Baker to showcase our home and find the right buyer. She also assured us that we would be supported by them throughout the process, reducing the burden on us as much as possible.
This promise has turned out to be correct. Megan, Anne and Jennifer are just the friendliest, and such an effective team. Each of them have kept us informed, assisted us, guided us and reassured us on on regular basis.
Having moved home many times over the past 40 years, we have never had such an effective Estate Agent as Megan Baker. They are simply the best.

We chose Megan Baker initially on their appreciation of our family property being a home first as opposed to just a house or an asset. They understood and supported our very strong preference to sell the property to a local family as their primary residence and marketed it accordingly. The particulars were produced to a high standard and we felt the video in particular really stood out. Communication was excellent throughout, always timely and relevant making good use of appropriate technology always. Market and related business knowledge was spot on. Service level consistently high whoever we dealt with in the team, notably they all took time and responsibility to chase and follow up any questions, information required or potential blockers etc. On a number of occasions they were also happy to provide small additional services and support which certainly would not have formed part of any standard contract terms, these were necessitated because we are mainly based on the mainland, really helpful. Great team, great service, lovely people, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend highly.

The team at Megan Baker have been absolute stars. They are lovely people who are only to willing to help, nothing is to much trouble.
They have been truly professional with a personal touch and go out of their way to get things done. Their communication has been excellent as has their presentation of the property.
I couldn't have asked for a better team to sell my property.

A massive thank you to Megan Baker I can't say how pleased I have been with the service you have provided.

From start to finish we were kept informed at every stage, from property marketing, to negotiating and completion of sale.
Excellent communication from the whole team at every stage. Professional at all times

Very helpful and professional. Good communication and careing staff

I was very impressed with the friendly and efficient way in which Megan, Anne and Jennifer dealt with the sale of my flat.

My previous experiences of dealing with estate agents have not always been positive. Dealing with Megan and her team came as a breath of fresh air.

Having now purchased and sold through Megan Baker we could not recommend them enough.

Anne and her team are diligent, excellent communicators and show a level of professionalism that puts them far above the competition.

At all times, there is someone who knows exactly what is going on with your purchase/sale and they never require chasing for updates, in fact they will not give you a chance.

Marketing is excellent and they get you in the best position to ensure your home has the best chance of selling for the right price.

I would not use any one else to sell my property in the future.

Friendly professional team ensuring that i was kept up to date with any changes regarding the sale of the property, any queries were responded to promptly and professionally. Fully recommend using Megan Baker.

The best estate agent I have ever experienced for being "on the ball", knowing the status and regularly following up all they way through the sale and purchase process from offer acceptance all the way through to completion, and following up on queries and actions as promised, calling back when they say they will. Most agents seem to disappear once an offer is accepted, Megan Baker recognise that a sale is not a sale until completed. Excellent service.

A bit shout-out to Megan Baker and Anne and the team. Thanks for all your help and support during the purchase of our new home in Merstone. We really appreciate your support and I feel very confident in recommending you to others!

Megan and her team are worth their weight in gold. Little did we realise when we choose Megan Baker to sell our house that it would be such an emotional experience when halfway through we sadly had a bereavement. They were so very supportive and gave us time until we was really to proceed, sometime we will be eternally grateful for. An experienced, friendly and professional service, it was a pleasure to have them with us on this journey. We would recommend them time and time again. Thank you so much.

The team at Megan Baker were amazing from start to finish of purchasing our first property.

They were always on hand to answer any and all questions, and communicated really well with me and my wife through every step of the process, keeping us in the loop with every step taken.

The team are fantastic in every way. They're driven, approachable, and genuinely interested in what you are trying to achieve with a personal touch. They go out of their way to get the job done and keep you informed throughout whilst helping to make what is a stressful time a little easier. From start to finish they were impeccable.
I approached Megan Baker Estate Agents having been recommended by a few other people and they did not disappoint. Don't mess around, if you want the job done then this is who you should deal with.
