I absolutely love Meetalfred. Have been using it for around 4 years.

I had generally liked and enjoyed Meet Alfred, even though it’s not perfect. Unfortunately, the programme has now failed to send Step 3 campaign messages for 12 days, leaving around 70 new connections and counting waiting for follow-ups. I’ve had no choice but to send these messages manually, which I know can interfere with automation, but Meet Alfred support left me no alternative.

I contacted support 6 days ago. While polite, they repeatedly distanced themselves from the technical team and only said the issue was “escalated.” I have not received any communication at all from the technical team, no resolution, and today, customer support has stopped responding altogether — probably because I was requesting daily updates.

What’s most disappointing is the lack of ownership and the slow resolution of an issue. As a customer, I see one company, not separate teams. After nearly two weeks with campaigns stalled, no solution, and no technical communication, I cannot recommend Meet Alfred.

MeetAlfred’s service is one of the better choices when it comes to multi-faceted LinkedIn Outreach. The platform is easy to learn if you're looking to grow you're LinkedIn Audience via Email, Twitter, and direct messaging.

Horrible service; there are better competitors that are cheaper and better.

They have an excellent product and an excellent support team. We tested a ton of tools in this space, and they were BY FAR the best in terms of speed, features, and support.

unclear how to cancel. Technically does what it should but the account management is complete garbage.

Meetalfred foi para mim uma excelente ferramenta de trabalho, gostei muito de tudo que é oferecido pela plataforma principalmente as automações que facilitam muito o trabalho no dia dia...Meetalfred é uma plataforma completa para quem quer ser assertivo na sua busca por clientes qualificados, e através do LinkedIn principalmente... eu gostei bastante de tudo que me foi oferecido...Só tenho uma questão que é em relação a não ter suporte em português, mas consegui resolver muitas das minhas duvidas com ajuda do google tradutor... rss os atendentes são muito bons...e além de ter todos os tutorias para leitura que podem ser traduzidos... Enfim voltaria a trabalhar com certeza de novo com a Meealfred.

Among all of Linkedin automations MeetAlfred standsout. Never blocked, and also a lot of options of campains

Meet Alfred is my go-to platform for LinkedIn automated outreach campaigns. The program is simple yet powerful AND the 24/7 live human support have all been fantastic. We have been using Meet Alfred for a few months and have not used all the options available - but will in 2025.

I upgraded to pay annually but this changed my package, as I hadn't realised what I was on was not the current plan and now I can't get the same features for the same price.
Feel mis-sold and customer service unfortunately are now equipped/tasked to resolve issues. Sort of a' ha ha you lost your package that we don't really want you on so didn't make it clear...' I'd check other companies before using these as if something goes wrong you may end up with a bad taste in your mouth.
I did ask to speak to someone who could help me and as I couple t did ask if that would be it before I left a review which I have done.
UPDATE
I have been in touch with the MD following his reply below and subsequently they have now helped me with my issue. Initially though CS chat could not and would not let me speak to anyone who had authority to help. It is a shame it takes a bad review for this to be addressed. Although, it's great that the reviews are being monitored by someone with the right authority to steer.
Had they sorted this out without the inital need to review them I'd be singing their praises with a full on excellent review as what speaks louder than a company putting things right. As is it, yes I would recommend them, but if you need any help out of the ordinary, you may struggle, but this is not unique. At least you know that these reviews are being monitored and from there it will be sorted out and quickly and fairly.
As for the system itself. I'm still there aren't I, It's simple to use and it works.

It has been a fantastic tool to build my network in a purposeful way, without being a "sales" driven exercise. It has made the process simple to identify those who I would like to network with an create a meaningful automation of the tasks I would otherwise have to do myself. My industry networks have grown and opened other opportunities as a result.

MeetAlfred.com has become an essential tool for my business. I can easily customize communications, update easily and have the data to support my efforts. Love this resource and highly recommend.
