I have been using HeyReach for a year now to manage our lead generation/outreach to existing connections and it has genuinely impressive capabilities.

What works well:

Scaling: The ability to connect multiple LinkedIn accounts and rotate senders is the standout feature for us. It allows us to scale volume without risking account safety, which was our biggest bottleneck before.

Unified Inbox: Managing replies in one single inbox saves me hours of logging in and out every week.

Stability: Unlike other tools we’ve tried, the connection stability here is solid. We rarely face disconnects.

Customer Service: I also want to give a shout-out to the support team. When I had an issue setting up a campaign, they responded within 24 hours and didn't just send a help article, they actually walked me through the fix.

Constructive Feedback: If I had to pick one area for improvement, the UI can be a little dense at first glance. It takes a day or two to really master where everything is located, but once you get it, it’s smooth sailing.

Overall, highly recommended for agencies or teams looking to scale outreach safely.

Been using HeyReach on and off for the past few years, always switch off due to a bug they promised to fix only to come back to another bug. Anyways, recently we tried bringing a few clients to their platform but quickly realized things have gone a bit downhill, compared to how good they were before.

To start, their support is virtually nonexistent. Before, you had a friendly support, proactive, and felt like they were there 24/7. Now you're lucky if you even get a reply, it's either be a "Karen" or wait 3 business days for an answer.

They also have a "no refund" policy even if you use their tool 0 days total due to their own flaws, which is crazy. We are filing a chargeback and instructing our client to do the same. This has been a night and day experience compared to what we've seen before. Again, not sure what went wrong but this is not the same company that started a few years back.

I’ve been using Heyreach for 2 years, and I have already moved my few of my clients to other platforms. I’ve noticed their support is getting worse by the day. Sometimes, it takes 24 to 48 hours to get a response, even for urgent issues submitted through tickets.

Some of my tickets still haven't received a reply as of today.

Their MCP system is also unreliable, consistently showing data that doesn’t match their main dashboard.

Previously, I used to get replies within 30 minutes. Now, despite earning millions, it feels like they no longer prioritize their customers.

The customers who help you grow are the same ones who can bring you down. So, before that happens, make sure your customers come first.

We've been using HeyReach for over 2 years now. From early stage of the company to now managing hundreds of LinkedIn profiles. Before we settled on HeyReach, we've tried almost everything in the market (from the cheapest to the most expensive...) nothing really beats HeyReach's features that are tailored for outbound agencies. Plus, their customer success team is the best in truly understanding and solving the problem!

Absolutely appalling. The support team are really rude and the product is so faulty.

I've used a lot of LinkedIn tools, and this is by far the best one. Ultimately, it comes down to the fact that the team 'eats their own dog food'. HeyReach is a GTM tool built by people who practice (and are obsessed) with GTM. And it shows. The approach to the application, its integrations, and how they have embedded their experience and expertise makes it stand out from the litany of other tools in the space. I use HeyReach extensively in my day job and implement it for all of the consulting clients that come to me to create outbound programs. It is clear that other solutions result in spammy, low quality outreach, whereas HeyReach is built for the modern GTM Engineer–whether they are an expert or just dipping their toes into the space. In addition, I put my confidence in HeyReach's roadmap; unlike other tools, this team is constantly releasing new features and improvements. Really clean UI and analytics + some super convenient features compared to competitors. Pricing is good too.
