Some time ago, I ordered and paid for replacement lenses for my Mecpow X4 Pro on the Mecpow website. That was weeks ago, but I still haven’t received anything. Last week, I tried to find a phone number for this company, but it appears to be nonexistent. It seems this company simply doesn’t want to communicate with customers. You can leave a message on their website (which I’ve now done twice), and both times, I received the same meaningless email in response, asking for the same information (which I’ve already provided at least three times). In my opinion, Mecpow offers terrible customer service, and I’m left with the strong impression that this company falls into the category of untrustworthy online sellers. Has anyone else had similar experiences?

I've been looking at buying a laser engraver and one thing I've been checking is how quick and helpful their customer service replies are to my emails asking questions about their laser engravers. Mecpow responded to my questions in less than 8 hours and answered all of them. I am impressed with their answers and quick response and once I have enough money, I will be going with them for my laser engraver.

The service was great they diagnosed the problem first shot. Love the product .in .fact I have used up the laser module and ordered a new one

Me compré la máquina a través de amazon. La verdad que me resultó complicada de montar y de empezar a usarla, ya que tienes que utilizar un programa específico y saber programarla, pero luego ya resulta sencillo.
Tuve problemas para el cortado y no quedaba bien, contacté con atención al cliente y estuvimos enviándonos correos hasta que se resolvió. Me guiaron en todos los pasos que tenía que dar a través de vídeos, muy contenta con la atención.

Ein hervorragendes Support Team das dir unmittelbar kompetent weiterhilft. Hatte einen stärkeren Laser benötigt und entsprechendes Zubehör. Bestellung , Lieferung alles kein Problem und sehr schnell. Immer wieder gerne !

Had a setup question for the software used with the x5 laser cutter, response was fast and worked right away. Product is not perfect but good value for money. Recommend it for home users and beginners.

Ho avuto un problema con l'app MKSlaser per usare il controller offline per non tenere il PC impegnato con la macchina mecpow X3 pro 10 watt. Ho contattato l'assistenza e gentilmente mi ha risposto risolvendo. Grazie mille della disponibilità e gentilezza.

X4 Laser very impressive. I'm a nuts and bolt guy, well built quite sturdy and heavy. The user manual is weak in some needed detail. Needs some more information concerning using some of the usual software.

I did need to contact support for guidance. The support team did respond, and with the solution. The solution should have been included in the user manual.

Aside from the initial questions, I surely would recommend the purchase of the X4 Laser, no regrets here..

I had a problem with the door sensor, I contacted the support and received video explanations on how to fix it within 24h. This is top notch customer service if you ask me! Totally recommend.

Hola buen día, he tenido un pequeño problema con el asistente de aire, les escribí a MecPow cómo a las 3am sobre mi problema y para las 10am del mismo día ya me habían contestado de como solucionar el problema y me enviaron imágenes de paso a paso como solucionar el problema.
Una atención excelente y muy acertado, les doy mi enhorabuena a MecPow y a su equipo de servicio y atención al cliente.

This may be considered a low budget machine, MECPOW 3X PRO, but it works as well or better than or better than expected.
Support is out of this world good. Every email question is answered within 24 hrs. (Closed on weekends) Everyone deserves time off.
Marketing however, has still not replied to my email as of yet. Disappointing.
Still, Love the machine! It fits my needs like a glove.

Quick and good service and answers. Satisfying products.

Had the X3 pro 10W for a couple of weeks, it actually accomplishes more than expected. Takes a bit to get used and avoid some errors on the jobs. Good support answering effectively in 24-48hrs.
