Ordered 2 bookshelves at the beginning of April and was advised delivery in maximum of 25 days,
After this timescale items have got from China to Kazakhstan with no delivery date in sight.
Have requested a full refund and keep getting emails telling me that I have got to wait as they will be delivered soon (still no date)

Have raised a dispute with my bank and they refuse to refund!

The Meridian 6-Tier organiser is really good, with great capacity for my books. It looks good too. The build was okay after making a few errors and having to undo what I’d done. Delivery time was 6-7 weeks. I will be ordering more of these

I had to wait a few weeks for the shipment, a rotating 6 shelf walnut bookcase, but it was worth it. Wow! The shelf stack is a little library and is fantastic. It took me about two hours to assemble, but I am a bit slow, made a few mistakes, easy to undo, and I think someone younger could do it between 60 to 90 minutes. The result is outstanding. The item is great to use, brilliantly designed and good to look at. Customer service were professional about my enquiry regarding arrival date and gave accurate estimates. Excellent! Advice: Be careful with the foam packaging when you unpack: the instructions show you how to use it for support when you join the two sections together. Also, the screws make a good join, and the tool provided for them is brilliant. However, the screws are almost identical with shorter ones mostly and a few longer ones for the base. Be careful not to mix them up. I hope that helps!

Such a great experience! I’m a two time returning customer and can say I love their products. I had shipping issues with my second order and the customer service team was exceptional. Great response time, very friendly and helpful. Absolutely recommend their products. Great designs and quality!

Customer service reached out after 2 days which although they say they respond within 24 hours is still acceptable, they have since been v good in communicating delivery issues hence the updated review and score

Unable to contact anyone regarding delivery, they do not respond to emails and the delivery link they send you in emails connects you to a Chinese website so you have no idea when your order is due!!!!!!!!

Yowos customer service, return grantee and products are unsatisfactory. I ordered their product and the delivery time was over a month to ship from their location in Huizhou, China. Their return guarantee only covers products broken in the shipping process even though their returns page states otherwise. Their products are flimsy, break upon assembly, are non-returnable and scratch easily.

The customer service. The screws I received were wrong; they sent new ones right away. Then one of the separating bars was too short abd three new ones were sent out right away.
I appreciated the assistance and the product!

My third purchase of a rotating bookcase resulted in a need to contact Yowos for a replacement. It was actually a pleasant experience, my issue was acknowledged, and the replacement sent quickly.

Like the product. Need better graphics showing how to assemble the bookcase. I had to go to the internet to get better illustrations about how to assemble and the correct sides to put on the outside of the bookcase.

they are perfect. I ordered 2 rotating bookshelves one for personal reading and one for my studio for my art books. They take of very little space and hold a ton of books. Like I said they are perfect for my needs.

I had such a great experience with YOWOS from start to finish. Wow! It was easy to put together! I was kind of dreading it, but the instructions were very clear! It looks beautiful! The first one was so good, we ordered a second one!

This orange display shelf is stunning! genuinely surprised by how high quality it feels. shipping was super quick too. it really pops in the corner of my room, obsessed with the color.

This is my second bookcase. They’re both quite easy to assemble, and as useful as advertised. One small complaint: on the second bookcase, the top shelf holes were drilled in the wrong places. Still, the assembly is incredibly strong, and even with four missing screws, I’m not too worried about failure. Highly recommended.

Easy to put together, holds lots of books, helpful for those with lots of books and not a lot if space.
