Initially, great. All the games played well as you would expect for new players and I was ahead and in profit.
But, after a while it wanted some money back, fair enough I get that.
I was playing a game for a while though and after a while of not giving a bonus, I upped the stakes. The game crashed and said, to restart the game, it didn't work again and I could no longer access that game after around £150.
I went on a similar game and it did the same.
Frustrated, I made a complaint and sent in screenshots of the crashed games.
A couple of days later they responded telling me that all their games worked on percentages and that's just how it is.
I responded again saying that I was aware of how percentages work but this wasn't the problem. The problem was the two games in particular that don't work anymore.
I got an apology saying I'm sorry for the misunderstanding and I have raised it with the technical team.
Two weeks later the games came back but my deposits were disabled now.
I rang up and I had to go through responsible gambling questions to get the deposits enabled.
After half an hour of checks etc.. They let me back on.
I put £60 back on over three days and guess what... The game errored as soon as it's was due a bonus again.
I hit the self exclude button for five years... Just to get rid of it...

When I joined mecca online games and bingo over 10 years ago it seemed like a pleasant site but now, over the last few years, it has become greedy. on first joining mecca was good now you might as well throw your money down the toilet if and a i mean if you get a bonus all i got was 10% or 20% and the wins have dried up sorry but i except win or loose but not loose and loose like many people i think your games are rigged and will not be playing anymore..

I wish I'd read the reviews before joining, think I've put 1500 on these games Over the last few weeks and cashed out nothing , can just eat 200/300 in 20 minutes without giving a bonus , when you do get a bonus the returns are shocking , I honestly don't know how they are getting away with it, the payout percentages must be ridiculously low , surely watchdog or the ombudsman should step in and pit a stop to this

Over a month waiting on a reply for a promotion I met all requirements for 3 times and keep getting told “ 10 days “ to respond to a case. Quite happily took my deposits. Each promo cost £30 and 3 times I’ve not received it although I’ve met all requirements set.
Been on live chat again to Mecca games today and guess what same spiel “ sorry please allow 10 days to escalate this “

Worst odds I've ever seen and promos never landed. Spent a fortune. Didn't see a single bonus in any game. Popular games on other sites just dont wanna drop anything. Absolute grifters. Avoid at all costs. Or it will cost you dearly.

Was locked out of my account , contacted numerous times to resolve this with no joy. Tries again today and spoke to laura who rudely ended chat without resolving issue. Opened another chat with Hailey and asked her politely NOT to close the chat till resolved .... she done exactly that. Rude , unprofessional and couldn't give a care in the world about the customer. The one star was because I couldn't leave less..... minus 5 stars.

I won £20 on tournament n got a £20 drop prize claimed it n it never turned up. Spoke to customer services. And they said they would raise it but haven't heard anything in a long while . If you win you lose .

One of the worst sites in the industry. Absolutely shocking at how much this site crashes and always seems to be down. How can a site have so many errors? Numerous times I am playing a game and disturbed by constant error messages and what’s even more frustrating is that I’ve got on a few bonuses and the game has crashed and I don’t get to watch the bonus and have to trust that the pay out was was they say it was. Not one bit fair! Also all these errors and with how often their site down why don’t they look into this and change their software? Just seems so suspicious why a site doesn’t fix the issue. Hard to win on Mecca anyway let alone with the constant crashing. Starting to think these errors are intentional, because how many people have lost out on a big win due to games crashing? It’s a good way to stop people from winning big, saving mecca thousands of pounds. I agree with others on here that they’re no longer trustworthy. Stay well away there’s better and fairer out there.

For the longest time now, your site does nothing but crash, I have put money on a game and time and time again I cannot even watch, don’t know who the winner is (if even there is one, or maybe one of your faves, see below).

I have also noted, from the thousands of screen shots I have taken, that you have favoured winners and new comer winners. Leaving not much chance for those in between. I am sickened, completely sickened by how you conduct your site, you are very very clearly biased.

Having said that, the biggest point is, when you have a big game, you kick people, can’t watch the game and your money is gone. Not a trust worthy site, and absolutely without a shadow of a doubt, robbing gits!!!
