Losing GBP8 today and again they have placed a restriction on my account to prevent me from continuing to play. This is the seventh time in three weeks and I wonder if they are just playing a game with me to stress me out. Had to resort to contacting the FDJ United CEO Stephanie Pallez who owns 32Red as this is beyond ridiculous.

Fully verified but my account has been frozen with £1920 in the account. Unable to withdraw. Unable to play. Live chat useless and said my account is under review but that there is no timescales for when this will be completed and could take months.

No emails or communication from support. Scam website. Do not join. If u win you will not get your money.

I have recently won a big amount on the website and suddenly 32red decided they wanted to go through extra verification on my account - I have now been waiting 2 weeks for the verification to be complete till today it has not been the money I have withdrawn is on hold prior to this I have withdrawn money with no issues and the support team is completely robotic no help and have actually been extremely rude this company feels like a scam avoid it
