Highly recommend
I’ve got the zest set and a year on I’m so impressed at how well the chairs do cope being outside, yet comfortable and material. I’ve just bought a further two chairs and the service has been fantastic. Speedy response, excellent communications, regular updates and friendly and delivery. On unpacking it’s clear to see they’re well packaged. I’m surprised with the other reviews as I found this to be one of the best companies to deal with recently. Thank you so much!
False delivery times
Ordered a dining set 2 months ago and was told it would only take a few weeks to deliver - 2 months later and we still haven’t received it! We’ve chased numerous times and been given false promises about a delivery date. To top it off, the website still says it’s in stock and will be delivered in 7-10 days.

Order to delivery was easy, quick and efficient. I was sent a reminder by text with the delivery details a week before then another on the day with a 30 minute window. Delivery men worked extremely well together and had the pergola up in no time at all. Looks amazing I'm so happy with my purchase.

Don’t buy from this company
They seldom answer e mails and terrible communication.
I have e mail confirmation of my delivery and only when I chased regarding estimated delivery time they informed me that my order was not due for delivery. I mentioned I had taken a day off, they said they would investigate and get back to me. Nobody got back to me and I stayed at home for no reason! I lost a days earnings due to this. I got a new delivery date which was not convenient but however I made it work.
The item was delivered and partially installed that day due to a lack of screws. So I have to wait and e mail customer service and get them to supply more screws so my project can be completed.
What a fiasco. The saga continues.

The customer service is just shocking
The customer service is just shocking. Waiting 2 years for replacement parts - they finally got in touch after having to chase and chase and chase - they were due to deliver today - i asked them this morning for a time slot and they have changed the date to Saturday - i wonder if i had not asked would they have got in touch to let me know.
Lets hope they turn up on Saturday - not holding my breath.

Customer service is hard to get hold of.
We purchased an outdoor dining set (corner sofa and adjustable height table).
First, the sofa is perfect. Good quality and good to put together. The table however the legs have been damaged in transit.
We contacted Maze with photos 5 weeks ago and have continued to chase regularly. The customer service is extremely poor. Following an ultimatum e-mail (which again did not get a response), today I have received a spare part and a tin of paint.
This was not a second hand piece of furniture. It was also £2,500 to purchase so for that price I expect perfection. I also expect if something is damaged out of the box that it is replaced for brand new. I have not caused this.
I am confident once Maze eventually replace the parts like for like, I will also be very happy with the table but I expect further battles until this is done.
Please be warned if you have to deal with Maze’s customer service to expect limited communication and perhaps a DIY kit.

Absolutely shocking and pathetic customer service, we have not received our Pergola after having made the payment, they keep sending notifications for delivery and then nothing turns up, they keep promising us that item would be delivered but nothing turns up

There was some confusion with Panther…
There was some confusion with Panther logistics in touch talking about a separate Maze delivery but all got sorted and Maxe order delivered as scheduled.
The furniture looks lovely and as expected. Colour even better than assumed!

Quality furniture
Just wanted to say how great the after sales service has been with the Maze Rattan furniture, we purchased the Maze Winchester sofa set about 7 years ago, unfortunately the sofa cushion was damaged and we needed a replacement. The customer service were able to send us a replacement at a minimal cost. Our Winchester furniture still looks like new. Highly delighted
