As explained on previous communications, the delivery of your express order has been delayed due to the receiver not providing the requested information to finalize the customs process. Please bear in mind that this is a requirement from the destination country's local administration and completely outside ours or the carrier's control, so it cannot be accounted for in our estimated transit times, unfortunately.
Please provide the necessary information to the carrier so that the process can be completed, after which the delivery will be carried on as normal. If you have any further questions, you can of course reply to our previous emails and we will be happy to assist.

horrible experiencia de compra y atencion al cliente, UPS no entrego correctamente y proprciono informacion incompleta y la culpa es del cliente, cobrandole plata de mas... NO RECOMIENDO, alejarse de esta marca!!! jamas en la vida habia tratado con una marca que se equivoca y después le hecha la culpa al cliente y le cobra plata... nunca antes visto, increible
horrible customer experience, UPS messed up the delivery and provided misleading information and they blamed the customer and made me paid extra money to sort it... TERRIBLE SERVICE, DON'T RECOMMEND AT ALL

Entendemos tu frustración, pero como hemos comentado en comunicaciones previas, tu paquete fue devuelto a origen al no recogerse a tiempo del punto de entrega donde lo depositó el transportista tras no poder completar la entrega en la dirección. Esta información estuvo disponible varios días en la página de seguimiento, que el cliente puede consultar en todo momento.
Lamentablemente, esta situación es uno de los casos descritos en nuestra política de entregas fallidas pública en la web: según el área de entrega, el cliente tendrá que cubrir una cantidad fija para cubrir el coste de la devolución y procesado del paquete original. Esta cantidad tendrá que abonarse adicionalmente para recibir el paquete, o descontarse del reembolso si se tramita como devolución; ambas opciones se ofrecen al cliente para que escoja su preferida.
Sentimos mucho que esta haya sido tu experiencia con nosotros, pero por favor ten en cuenta que el número de seguimiento se proporciona a los clientes para que puedan estar al tanto del progreso de su envío. Si ocurre cualquier incidencia o hay necesidad de clarificar una entrega, recomendamos que el cliente se ponga en contacto con nosotros cuanto antes para poder iniciar los trámites pertinentes.

As explained in our previous email communications, the shipping window for returns is 15 days after a customer files their request; if this period runs out without the return package being in transit, the operation is automatically cancelled and we are no longer able to process any returns.
Your request was filed on 16/03, with the operation being cancelled automatically on 01/04 as the package was not in transit by the time. This cancellation is notified via email to the customer. Please bear in mind that you finally shipped the package days later, using the return label provided by us - the package was thus shipped at our expense.
Given that the situation does not comply with our return policy, we explained that we are no longer able to issue a refund for your order. In an effort to still accommodate you, we have offered the option of still processing your return as an exchange or store credit - we await your confirmation on which of these options would be your preference in this case.
