Als je een tijdje geen berichten meer stuurd krijg je op een een melding van naam heeft je toegevoegd als favoriet. Ga je kijken of het zo is wat denk je zelf helemaal geen favoriet.

Ho provato ( solo per proforma) a rispondere a messaggi chiaramente preconfezionati ma senza ricevere nessuna risposta. Devo essere stato molto sfortunato allora, perché tutti i messaggi che ho ricevuto ( 8-9 in tutto ) sono quasi del tutto identici l' uno con gli altri , anche se provenienti da profili diversi. A solo uno ho provato a rispondere ma non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta. Quanto alla mia richiesta di cancellare il profilo, mi viene detto di seguire il menù a tendina delle Impostazioni, ma dopo vari tentativi e svariate richieste di supporto dallo staff, il mio profilo e' ancora presente. Aggiungo che, nonostante abbia sottoscritto un' abbonamento di tre giorni , mi è stato addebitato il costo di un abbonamento di un mese che io non ho richiesto. Ora, visto che non ricevo nessuna spiegazione , mi trovo costretto a bloccare la mia carta di credito. Per ultima cosa, vorrei aver ricevuto altrettanto celermente una risposta dal vostro servizio abbonamenti, come quella ricevuta dalla mia cattiva recensione, ma non è andata così purtroppo...

I got caught in one of those three day trial periods, unwittingly “signing up” for a monthly membership.
Wasn’t aware of these charges as each month a new obscure name was on my statement. As well, there was sometimes more than one monthly charge. I don’t know of any dating website that charges more than once a month.
Contacted customer service who was less than helpful.
Do not waste your money on this site!!!!

"Upgrade now and you can read and respond to messages!"

Fraudulent scam in every way, stealing money. I tried to cancel within minutes of signing up once I realized that all the “people” were bots. The app offers no way to cancel, you must go online and do a form and even then you must call a number. By the time I called the customer service rep, they essentially wouldn’t let me cancel until I demanded so—it took over an hour to “cancel” and I’m STILL BEING BILLED. Despite a confirmation email, they have billed me twice within a week under the name of an untraceable company claimed to be in London. I have had to freeze my card and will be reporting them to my bank for fraudulent business practices. Don’t even think of using this service.

All these messages were written and sent by bots. It's not the place to look for a real person, there are none of them. The goal of this review is to warn everyone against MatureDating and to reveal their slick and dishonest work model. All complaints below are valid, and I fully agree with them!

First off, I signed up for this website for a three day trial that which was less than $4. By the end of the bill I was actually charged an additional $21 which included some extra “benefits”. However, I did not sign up for this extra $21 and is extremely frustrating. I tried to call the moderator or customer support, but I was sent to voicemail and said they are out of the office until January. I ended up sending a voicemail and have not gotten a response yet. I need this taken off and given a refund as soon as possible. So if anyone from the website is reading this please contact me. Regardless, turns out it’s not even worth it, because every female I’ve talked to on here is most likely a bot, or does not respond within the next few messages. I’m not sure if the messages are fully sent as they just stay on delivered after a couple back and forth conversations. I have tried so many websites and I’m really getting sick of the way dating is going in this current day. I would love to date the old fashion way, but especially the way things are right now, that’s almost impossible. Again if someone from the website sees this, please contact me as soon as possible. Should be 0 stars. Absolute scam site. Every message is from either a scammer or computer generated and it's so obvious too, no real person would introduce themselves using the stupid chat lines these use!!! There are NO real men on this site. I would guess the pics you see of real men have long gone! Don't blame them either. Please don't waste your time and money. This site needs reporting and investigating, they're taking money off vulnerable people under false pretences
And no matter what the below response says the site is full of scammers, auto emails saying guys want to chat, and the only chat requests who respond are always scammers from the USA, the real guys have long gone
