signed up for a 3 day trial at s cost of £3.87 and had a email confirming this amount, my bank called me to say they had taken £22.97, or tried to. Luckily enough my bank stopped the payment and any further payments to this site. Called up the customer service and apparently they needed my card number and email address to delete my account even after I had provided them with my account reference number..."they couldn't find me" they said. I gave no information regarding my card number and cut the call. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!!

Durante la transazione per pagare l'abbonamento di propongono il premium ma te lo scrivono in modo tale che se non sei pratico dei loro pacchetti e se non leggi in PICCOLISSIMO rispetto alle altre scritte che pagherai 22,17 per il servizio ti ritrovi qualcosa che non volevi, cosa a me successa e giustamente se richiedi il rimborso IMMEDIATO via mail ti rispondono che dovevo stare più attento.

Signed up for a three-day trial at £5.37 and they then charged me for a further week £7 and then an incognito £3.89. Have tried numerous times to cancel subscription, it fails every time, no email to confirm your subscription has been cancelled. Tried to delete my account it won't let me says I have to cancel my subscription first. Click on help and it won't let you fill in a refund request. There is no way to get in touch with someone without a preset response. Had to report to creditcard company and cancel my creditcard. This site is horrendous. Avoid at all cost.
Uodate* 25/5/2023 this company tried to charge my credit card a further fifty quid. Only five days after I signed up despite taking a 3day fee and a weeks fee and an incognito fee all on sign up. So glad I stopped my credit card.

Joined wasnt happy with the results emailed Maturedating Customer Services asked for a refund and received it within a week, I cant complain about that.
I have had a refund however after cancelling they have charged me in excess of £50 for nothing.....will be onto the bank....and expect a reply from customer services before letting you now more...... Pleased to let you know full refunds have been provided again....no issue.... Why these sites undertake this type of marketing and charging policy is unwelcome and is counter productive. Total scam. I signed up for 3 day subscription...£4 odd. Next thing they're trying to take £26 from my account.!! Luckily bank refused it and got in touch with me 1st. I then went back on site and cancelled my subscription totally......and yet again 3 days later ,they're trying to take £56 from my account. Again bank refused and contacted me 1st. DO NOT USE THIS SITE......SCAMMING PEOPLE PUT OF CASH. If it wasn't for the diligence of the bank I have been down nearly £80 in a couple of days

I was actually signing up to something called ''Cupid'' and entered my email address and age and next you know it registered me on maturedating.com
As it was not what I wanted I straight went to delet and SURPRISE SURPRISE I am not able to delete. Supposedly they send you deletion code to email but only blank email comes through NO CODE. Sent enquirey and got general email with instructions to follow to delete. That mind you do not work without deletion code
Upon seeing other reviews I am glad I did not enter any other details especially financial.

I had a horrible experience trying to cancel the subscription and terrible customer service when I signed up, maturedating later requested more information and had my review taken down to try protect their image. I'm waiting for them to query this review, thankfully I have recovered screenshots of my login ID and transaction details this time 👌🏻 absolutely garbage company, avoid at all costs

So, after you go through all of the dramas unsubscribing from maturedating.com, finally you think your finished, then $50 comes out of your credit card for this datingchemistry.com site, you've never even heard of... When you look at it, it is an exact mirror of the maturedating.com site..

so now you have to unsubscribe from it as well.. And, if you don;t know the password, it will not sent you a password reset to your email address, I tried ten times, and yes I checked the spam.. And the only way to unsubscribe is to enter your password...

I unfortunately stumbled across this website and signed up for a subscription. After a few months I decided I'd had enough of their obviously dodgy profiles and fake messages. I rang them and asked for the subscription to be cancelled. I was asked a few basic questions about why I wanted to leave, to which I just answered that I'd found someone, not on their site (of course), and no longer wanted the account. I was told that this cancellation had been processes and at the end of the latest billing period my account would revert to a basic free account.

Guess what? Yesterday they charged me another AUD93. Their website says I've got the basis free account (which ideally I want to close as well) but they're still taking money.

Thier profiles are fake and they have many sites to beware of . Profile photos of the same girl are shown in different age groups with different names that has nothing to do with the people on the profile it has to do with the fraud that this dating site is committing they are responsible for lying and stealing and being corrupt And I look forward to justice being served
