fast delivery ,it was £100 cheaper than…
fast delivery ,it was £100 cheaper than our local shop , theirs was a 3 week delivery window , this was free delivery (local charged £30) and arrived in 3 days , mattress looks good and comfy but hasnt been slept on yet

Let down by delivery
Albeit only delivered yesterday evening l am so far happy with the mattress we bought. Let down by the delivery (including a specified two hour window). Delivery was initially cancelled on the promised day, then reinstated but without at any point, any indication of when it might arrive. Despite my best attempts to get some rough idea both by phone and text l was simply left waiting in all day. I eventually received a call from the delivery men when 30 minutes away at 5.30 ish.

It’s a gorgeous bed

Promised next day delivery and would…
Promised next day delivery and would remove old mattress and did neither, rude delivery men, couldn’t even wipe their feet before entering house. Very poor, will not use again.

I'm very alarmed to read your review. I am sorry about the service which you received.
The Next Day Delivery issue was a website glitch. Next Day Delivery is offered on a selected number of items which we hold stock of, unfortunately the mattress you purchased wasn't viable for this. You should have received a disposal, did you attempt to contact our customer service department regarding this on the day of delivery as I don't have any record of any contact.
The Delivery service used is an external courier, I do apologise for this and can assure you a report will be passed onto the Courier themselves.
Once again I do apologise for the service received, we take feedback seriously and will endeavor to put procedures in place to ensure a seamless customer experience going forward.

Despite a delivery attempt by DPD on Thursday 14th December, no one was available to accept the delivery. A calling card was left to say they'd attempt delivery today. I have just tracked your order and I can see that the mattress has been successfully delivered this morning (15/12).

Recommended company
This was the second time we ordered mattresses from this company - good prices, good products and no delivery charges - the online downside was the delivery company (DPD) who did not deliver on the specified date, but this was no fault of the company - highly recommended and we will order from them again.
