Orderd a bed and mattress picked a day that suited myself and they bring bed and take it to your room or what ever room you say and evan put the bed together and mattress on top and take away the rubbish deffo would 100% recommend

The delivery was on time and the delivery men sett the bed base up and. Took the old one away as arranged. No problem. The shop assistant where we bought the bed was informed and helped us greatly

Dodgy! Our original mattress was condemned by linthorpe beds themselves when it was faulty and completely sunk in less than a year. They refused a refund and instead would only offer a replacement mattress of the exact same model. Less than a year later and the exact same thing has happened again only this time they are refusing to take any responsibility even though the problem has never been resolved!

I apologise if you feel we have fallen short on this occasion. When an issue arises with one of our mattresses, we do reserve the right to repair or replace the item, and in this instance a replacement was provided.
As the guarantee period on the mattress has now expired, we are unfortunately unable to offer a further replacement or repair. Should you require any additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us via email or telephone.

Absolutely brilliant service from Paul at Linthorpe Beds. We have bought beds from them since they were in Linthorpe Road. Please utilise the people there and don’t just go in yourself to pick a bed. These people know exactly how to find the perfect bed for you by asking the right questions. By a process of asking questions, trying beds you get to the perfect one for you. We absolutely love our new bed, so comfortable. Asked about pillows too and invested in a couple of pillows for life - these too are so comfortable. Brilliant service and a company with the expertise to find you the right bed.

Brilliant service. Needed a bed ASAP and Olivia and crew went above and beyond to get it delivered in three days.
Delivery lads were great too - set it up and cleared the rubbish.
Good price too. 100% recommend.

They seem to have a good sales policy. Start with a budget. Select some options a little above and below that price, watch your response in order to fine tune the next possibility. Knowledge of the products is good. Most are from UK companies.
