what is the point of having any hopes on ordering items when either enough isn't manufactured which before you get the chance things are SOLD OUT!!!! Mattel has become the WORST in having products and or shipping items in a timely manner. I once was a serious collector of Barbie and but once we lost the Barbiecollectors.com Everything went downhill from there. Many of my fellow collectors have turned to INTEGRITY TOYS and best believe, better quality in the dolls and fashion and you receive your purchases in a timely manner. I'm REALLY DONE WITH MATTEL😡😡😡😡😡
Worst customer service EVER.
I ordered a Barbie for a gift for my niece. It took almost a month and tracking just ended with stating non deliverable. After 4 emails to Mattel, all I got back was the shipping number each time. I explained over and over that the tracking just ended with no delivery. I called USPS and they couldn’t help. Customer service with Mattel was non existent. I was so disappointed in their non service. I will never order again through them.

No secure payment method, card info stolen with each purchase
Had to pay a yearly memership to buy cars. First 2 car purchases my card info was stolen because they use shop pay and stripe instead of secure payments like paypal or google pay. Still fighting fraudulent charges from card thefts, lost rewards from other purchases I could have made while waiting on new card. Mattel acts like they wont even refund my yearly membership fee which I can't even use to buy cars. Terrible experience all around.

Never ordering again (1st and last time)
This was my first time ordering thru Mattel Creations/Mattel and will be my last because they are so difficult to deal with. Even tho the item was in stock, it took about a week and a half to get a tracking #. Once I did receive the item (a birthday present for my niece), it was disappointing to receive a blatantly defective item. I reached out to Mattel for an exchange (non-defective item for the defective one since I had to pay for shipping) and they took forever to respond. Although the item was in stock, they wouldn’t let me exchange (they claimed they need 3-4 weeks after they receive the item to process the exchange and by that point, the item may be sold out). I was told to buy the item again (cross my fingers it’s not defective because they don’t have a quality control dept). Again, I had to contact Mattel since they did not process my return after 4 weeks of receiving the item back. Even tho they promised to refund me the shipping for the defective item, they haven’t done so. This is a brand that I grew up with and wanted to share with my niece but it’s been nothing but frustration and disappointment in dealing with Mattel.
Scam company
I ordered a barbie doll Lavernce cox edition. They claim to have sent my order, they never did. This entire company is scam. Avoid at all cost.
Terrible company
Terrible company. Ordered a $650 item months ago...apparently it was dispatched..but they never provided a tracking number and could not find one. After months and month of investigation they say they will refund me...I hope I actually get the refund

VERY, VERY POOR!!. I have spent $400 in 3 weeks on Masters Of The Universe Origins Figures and yesterday I bought a NEW HORDAK Figure opened it and it's a MESS!!. It has Glue all over the head, eyes are not painted in spots, AND it has 2 sets of red lips painted on it above the red teeth!!. I have reached out to Mattel on Twitter but they WILL NOT RESPOND back!!. Horrible Company and they do Not Appreciate their Customers it seems that spend ALOT OF MONEY!!. If this issue is not corrected I will be sticking with JUST Hasbro!!.

J'ai commander une poupée chez mattel usa ( la barbie reine d angleterre) commande accepté etc , le lendemain je recois un mail comme quoi le site n etait pas a jour et qu il n y a plus de barbie !!! Et ils me remboursent mais avec le taux de change je perd 7euro ,alors que c est pas moi qui a annulé la commande !! J ecris chez mattel France et eux me font comprendre que je l ai dans le baba , bref du vol

Horrible (none) customer service! I ordered the Hot Wheels RLC BMW M3 on 18th Jan. 2022 and TO THIS DAY i have NOT gotten my order, i have NO tracking information and my 4 mails are left UNANSWERED!

Conniving Crooks
A customer have to wait for back orders, then the back orders get extended; meanwhile, (STOCK X) gets the product the same day and sells it for outrageous prices the same day. Also products get taken out your cart at check out. Mattel Creations are Conniving Crooks.

Ma fille à reçu un centre équestre Spirit, il manquait une poutre à la structure. J'ai appelé le SAV France si on pouvait me l'envoyer ,on m'a indiqué qu'ils ne faisaient pas les pièces détachées. Je n'ai qu'a voir en magasin...très mauvais SAV
De plus la qualité du plastique est médiocre...

I am just updating on an experience for any in the future. I placed an order for 2 of each Dia De Muertos Barbie and Ken on the pre-sale on September 1. On September 2, I received an email that due to supply, the limit for Ken was changed to one, so they canceled and refunded one of the Ken dolls. I emailed creations at mattel on 9/25 to check status. No response. Emailed again on 10/3 with an automatic response saying to check spam and it may take a bit to reply. I called today 10/5, while on the phone I get an email that my whole order was canceled. Speaking with the rep, when one Barbie of an order is canceled the whole order is canceled. Even though the email from September 2 only stated and refunded for one of the Barbies. There is nothing they "could" do as the Barbies sold out. I am putting this out there for any of you who may have gotten that initial cancelation. Your order did not go through despite any emails you have showing your order is confirmed.

I am very concerned about my order as I have not received any notification and no one has contacted me.
I placed my order on the 13th of August and placed another one on the 21st which was the barbie meme membership which apparently is absolutely useless, as I only bought it to have access to the pre sale of the barbie DEAD DAY 2021 which IS ALREADY ON SALE on EBAY!
It really is disappointing that a company as big as Mattel has ZERO care for their customers no matter if they are located in the USA, Belgium or China. None of their phones work but yes... when you buy "something" the payment goes through without a problem.
I fear the worst, which is that I have been robbed.
The worst customer service ever
The worst customer service ever, for once it is outsourced (god knows we’re) bless there hearts they do there best, but back orders after back orders, no one has info or no idea when it will be shipped, “don’t sell an item unless you have it”. Multiple if not all companies in the US are selling everything in pre-order, get your hard earned money up front (with no other options) then they start productions. I urge everyone to STOP BUYING PRE-ORDER unless you want to wait months for your items. It’s truly ridiculous. They take your money and give you bogus deadlines, retailers have become the unreasonable handyman, that your dumb enough to give all moneys upfront. Very disappointed.

I have phoned twice and sent email, regarding the barbie dream house which came with a leaking pool. Rather than upset my granddaughter by taking the whole house back I tried to resolve this by trying to just get a pool, not a cheap toy £229.00, I’m still waiting for email and for the 2 different customer service workers that I spoke to and promised to call back with information regarding this. I thought a very large household named company would have better customer service.
Crap App
Crap App. Scrabble Go is an embarrassment for Mattel. They don't care if it constantly crashes. No other app out of the 200 apps I have actually crashes. Only Scrabble Go. Same as the old Scrabble. Ads are set up so you have trouble getting out of them. Hate Mattel!
