Worst thing ever. Sent a product that wasn’t anything they are selling had a different name and also the application brush they give you with your product was a kids brush and wa so pen and fake not worth it since this is a fake website. They also took over a month to mail my item. Do not buy from their website at all.

Charged my card- I never received product and emailed customer service and they charged my card AGAIN! Still no product. They said they were sorry and would refund me and send out product but never did and charged me a 3rd time. Wish Iwould have looked at reviews first

This is a fraudulent scamming company. DO NOT GIVE YOUR CC INFO!!!!! They will charge you over and over without sending any product.

I ordered the Body perfecter on 6/28/25. Payment cleared my bank on 7/1/25. After several emails I have never received my order as of 8/13/25. They also have been charging me for a subscription @$34.99 per month that I never signed up for. I canceled the subscription after the first charge appeared in July but was still charged 8/10/25. I have turned this over to my bank for fraud. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Total false advertising and imposing as another company westmore beauty!!!
Do not buy from this company.. they do not stand behind their product and they don’t email you back about return instructions!!!!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!

I was charged in June and again in July but NEVER received any products!!! I looked at them but after reviews thought that I did NOT order anything. Ii tried the phone # twice; however, just a recording.

PLEASE HELP IN RETURNING MY MONEY $44.90 AND $34.99! $79.89 TOTAL. The July charge was $34.99 on 07/11/2025. It doesn't allow but 1 date below on date of experience.

BEWARE - THEY WILL WITHDRAW ADDITIONAL FUNDS FROM YOUR BANK

I bought the Body Coverage Perfector light Radiance, Foundation brush, and Body Coverage Warm Radiance. I ordered on June 8, 2025 for $44.90. I messaged them on July 13 and received a general message back from Gerald stating:

Thanks for reaching out. I took a look at your order and confirmed
that it hasn’t shipped yet. I understand the delay is frustrating—our
team is currently working through a high volume of orders, which has
pushed some shipments back slightly.

Your order is being prioritized, and you’ll receive a tracking number
as soon as it ships. I’ll keep an eye on it and follow up if there are
any further changes.

Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime.

Best regards,
Match Cosmetics Team

On July 15, I received an email saying it was shipped with my order number and you can view it. When I went to check the "view order," the web page it takes me to says it cannot be found. I went to the website and says the same as the web page cannot be found.

I checked my bank statement and they already took out the $44 BUT I noticed they took at additional $34.99 on July 2!! I called my bank and notified them immediately. I got refunded for the $44.90 & $34.99. I received new bank cards the last week of July.

On August 2, I received the package and my bank gave them the original $44.90.

I saw this website AFTER I purchased and saw similar stories to mine. I wished I reviewed this page before purchasing. Will be keeping an eye out for my bank statements in the future.

Also FYI - they DID NOT LABEL THE CONTENT FOUNDATION SO I DO NOT KNOW WHICH CONTAINER IS THE WARM RADIANCE VS THE LIGHT RADIANCE. THE BOTTLES ARE SMALL AND PRODUCTS LOOK THE EXACT SAME. WASTE OF MONEY AND ABSOLUTELY A SCAM!

PLEASE CHECK YOUR BANK STATEMENTS OFTEN.

Unfortunately, there is no zero star option for rating. This company is awful. I believe it’s a scam. I ordered my product on July 4 never received any update. I finally emailed them on July 17 asking what the update was and all they said was that they were sorry for the delay. I still haven’t received anything. Today is August 3 no update no emails. I have requested a refund and I still haven’t received an answer. Do not order from this company!!!

Not able to give a NO star rating. Absolutely furious with this company I believe to be a scam. I placed the order June 15th, have yet to receive my order. I waited a month then requested to cancel & refund my money. Took a while to respond, finally heard from a Gerald apologizing, refunded on 7/25/25. Thought I was done with them, today 7/27/25 get notified from credit card company another charge went through!! Now I am fighting with them all over again & it's almost August. Highly recommend not ordering from them. Wow worse nightmare ever!!

I placed an order on May 25th with rush delivery and have yet to receive my order. I have emailed them many times with excuses for why they haven't shipped yet. Do not recommend ordering from them at all! Absolutely ridiculous!

I placed an order and 1.5 months later I still haven't received my order. No response so far from email or phone message. It seems like a scam.

This company is a total scam. I placed an order and never received the product. When I tried to cancel and request a refund, not only did they refuse — they started charging me a recurring monthly fee.

I’ve contacted them multiple times, and each time they’ve brushed it off, claiming the original order (which I placed months ago and never received) is “already being processed.” No updates, no resolution, no accountability.

Avoid this company at all costs. They take your money and offer nothing in return — not even basic customer service.

Beware! Scammers
Paid for my order never received it it’s been 3 months tried reaching out to them all you get is an automated message. I called my bank and they are investigating to revoke payment.

I wish I would have read the reviews before placing my order on July 4th. I honestly thought I was ordering from Westmore beauty, but when I realized my mistake I thought I'd give them a try anyway. I've emailed them twice with no response. Initial email confirms my order, but no follow up email showing my products have shipped. I'm now concerned that my account is going to have fraudlent charges based on others reviews. I will keep a close eye on my account, but as of today I STILL have not heard back from anyone. I did send an email to customer service thru their website telling them I want my money back; still waiting for their response. No beauty product is worth this hassle. I should have taken my own advice and read the reviews before purchasing. LESSON LEARNED!

This company is a scam. I ordered in June still no product! It's sad that a fake ass company can steal from people! They met the right one to steal from! Horrible.

They have charged me 34.99 for nothing delivered. Then twice 29.99 a month for nothing. These thieves are ridiculous. They “can’t” recognize my e-mail, impossible to contact. I have been on the phone with my bank every damn month getting my money back from these people and they’re STILL charging me!!! Save yourself grief and DON’T ORDER FROM THESE THIEVES!

I would give zero stars if possible! I ordered almost 90 dollars worth of products on June 21, paid extra for quicker delivery. It's now June 9th and I still haven't received it. They're not replying to my inquiries? *******SCAM*******

I bought something from this company in the beginning of June. I never received the product, and they charged me 34.99 on June 27th when I didn't buy anything on that date.

I ordered product on May 12, 2025. For 34.95. On Facebook. I have not received the product. It has been almost a month. Not only did I not receive the product but they charged me on June 6, 2025 for 29.99 for which I did not order. Now they have charged another 29.99 on July 4,2025. Through my Bank.
I requested my money back on all transactions 59.93 I also attached copies of bank withdrawals with date.
I have written this Company 4 times. And nothing. Tried to call 10 times goes to voice mail! Finally got the product after a month and 1/2. Omg 2 white tubes. Nothing like the product! Smells like lotion! BEWARE SCAM!!!
