The product which was shown on the web and which is delivered, there is huge difference. sent one is very rough.

It's a scam.
Take money, no product received.
Do not use them.
If you contact them you will never hear from them!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I would give negative stars if that was an option. The cushion they sold me was almost 4 inches in total dimensions smaller than advertised. In order to obtain a refund, I would be required to ship the product back at my expense and pay a 20% restocking fee. This is all their fault so why should I be expected to pay anything to receive a refund? CELINVA IS A FRAUD COMPANY! Buy from their competitors!

They will not refund your money so you're stuck with an unusable product that is definitely not worth the price. The website actually tells you it's YOUR fault, YOU bought it, now you're stuck with it.

This company is purely predatory. Their entire pitch is based on a 60 day trial. Once you receive the product and try to return it, you realize that is just a lie.

I honestly think the best bet is just to dispute the charge with the evidence and move on.

Their support is designed to grind you down asking for pictures, labels and other in hopes you just give up.

I ordered the cushion. It never got to me. When checked tracking it said the address was wrong. That’s the first red flag. That’s the authentic address where I have received hundreds of items I ordered online. They said they shipped it with local shipping company and asked me to contact them but the so called shipping company never let you talk to the real human instead a robot loops you around without resolution. I asked for my refund and now they are ghosting me. I already filed dispute through PayPal. Never order this sh1t better order something better and cheaper than this from amazon.

This company advertises a 60-day money back guarantee. I requested a refund after not even using the product, and they tell me they will not refund my money. Their guarantee only covers shipping defects. Do not buy from this company. They are scam artists. Why would you say 60 day guarantee and then in the small legal print people have to click in to to read it says only covers shipping defects.

Overall, this product was just okay. It didn’t provide the relief it promised, but honestly, that wasn’t even the biggest issue.

The real problem is the company’s deceptive advertising. Their ads for the Orthopedic Cushion repeatedly promote a “60-day money-back guarantee,” which is extremely misleading. After purchasing, I found out that the guarantee only applies to shipping issues — not if you are unhappy with the product itself.

Neither my wife nor I found the cushion comfortable or helpful for back pain. Based on the advertised guarantee, I expected returning it would be simple. Instead, customer service gave me the runaround for weeks before finally explaining the truth about their policy.

And honestly, who needs a 60-day money-back guarantee for shipping problems? That makes no sense.

I would strongly recommend avoiding this product — and this company in general. The wording in their advertising feels intentionally misleading, and the entire experience was extremely disappointing.

Very bad service

Bought a Celinva orthopedic cushion, which was a higher price than I'd have liked but had hoped that reflected a better quality product. I was wrong. All the photos make it looks like a much more firm cushion than it is - even the ones where someone is sitting on one. However, I can literally pinch it flat with my finger and thumb. If you weight more than 50 lbs, this cushion is not for you. When I tried to return the item, I've ended up in back and forth emails, having to jump through hoop after hoop, to finally be told I would need to pay both the return shipping and a 20% restocking fee. They do not stand behind their products - for them it's a numbers game, without concern for their customer's satisfaction with the product.
