Clean buses. Friendly bus drivers. Very good with being on time. Was late once getting us back to our destination, but communicated with the passengers constantly. We were kept informed and when the nice, clean and empty bus arrived we all got to sit and space out very well.

Your buses are always clean the drivers are polite and great drivers and the handlers are very sweet . This is why I use Martz I take it from port authority into Scranton. I wish you had a bus go closer to Towanda Pa . Your company make an enjoyable ride thank you so much.

My refund for discontinued Sunday Atlantic City trip was satisfactorily processed. So that part was 5 stars. Just so disappointed that Martz only runs one day a week, maybe less after September. Cannot do an overnight. Don't feel safe to go into city station. Hope a day for overnight to AC comes back. How times have changed!

It was my first ride at Martz with my family. I must say that I'm impress of the inside of this bus was very clean. the bus driver is very friendly and there on time, the ride is very smooth and although it has screen tv inside but it wasn't on. I was hoping that it would be great for entertained the customer while you travel for a long ride. aside from this it was great!!! I definitely will used Martz again.

I don't think its fair that martz charges the price they do when there are many problems. For one why can't they arrange the bus schedules better so people aren't fighting to get a seat because no one should have to wait another 2 or 3 hours just because a bus becomes full. Some drivers seriously drive like they are speed racing on the road, and why are there only a small few of buses in the daytime on the weekends?? If lack of drivers are the problem then please decrease the ticket prices because this service is unacceptable.

I've taken the Mount Pocono to New York bus many times over the summer and it has been an inconsistent and frustrating summer. To feel truly comfortable that you will get a place on the bus you should show up 45min-1 hour ahead of time and get on line. So not only are you going to take a three hour bus ride to New York but you should show up an hour early. I showed up about 25 minutes early one time and myself and 15 other people could not get on the bus and they said they would send another bus from New York for us and it would be to us in 2-3 hours. Martz is quickly being left behind in the digital age and people will not stand for this kind of incompetence anymore. How do you not know exactly how many tickets you should sell in order to fill a bus and know when you have oversold? This bus route is ripe for competition and maybe I will step in and do something about it.

Due to illness, I was unable to use the ticket I had purchased online. There is nothing on the Martz website for ways to contact customer service. So, I went to the Port Authority to see how I could obtain a refund. The rep pointed out that the ticket is non-refundable. He then referred me to a Martz representative on the lower level. This representative informed me that Martz does not issue refunds but I could use the ticket for another trip. I have no intention to travel to the Poconos in the future. Martz’s policy for refunds should be more clearly spelled out when a customer uses the online purchasing system. There should also be a more convenient way to contact customer service, either electronically or by phone.

I booked a ticket weeks in advance, but the bus had been overbooked. I luckily was the last person to get on, however two people behind me who also had tickets weren't able to get on.

I bought my ticket , I decided not to leave that day, but a few days later, so after calling and confirming that I could still use my ticket up to 1 year; days later when I was ready to leave , I was told that my electronic ticket was used by someone else the previous day and they couldn’t do anything about it so I had to buy a new ticket ! I was very upset !
They were able to move my ticket time at short notice
