Our bus was late and broke down on the side of the highway on 476 for 4 hours and the bus driver made us sit on the side of the road with cars whizzing by at 80-90mph. Plus the air conditioning didn’t work with a FULL bus of passengers I WANT A REFUND!!
Martz has clean buses. Their buses run on time (traffic pending). Overall, really good transit company. I would like for them to restore some runs (NYC 3:00PM to WB; and WB 9:35AM to NYC). Also, would like them to re-open the WB terminal (you have to knock to get in if you are a customer - more like it is to keep certain folks from loitering).

It seems to me that if Martz is encouraging it’s customer to purchase commuter tickets online that they also have parking tickets available online. It doesn’t make sense to purchase your ticket online then have to travel to a Martz location to purchase parking tickets. Being able to buy both online will boost the online purchases, save time, money and the safety of both the customer and the Martz employee. This would be a Win win for both customer and Martz.

I strongly dislike the idea that martz decided to reserve seating for the buses. There are many problems to this. First, everybody on a Friday wants to get home, and the buses are crowded. If people leave work early late notice, they can catch an earlier bus. If they go online and the bus is full, they are screwed and have to wait a while. A bunch of people arent good with technology either. Either how about you change up your idea. How about you people have 2 lines, one for reservations and others for people who didn't reserve. People who reserved gets on the bus first, then after the people who didn't reserve gets on, or go back to your regular plan that you've been doing for years. If you guys don't change, I will most likely not be riding martz and a bunch of people are gonna start bothering about it and are not gonna ride with martz. I've spoken to many commuters and a bunch of people are disliking this idea. It is going to cause many problems and a bunch of angry commuters, and it's going to be Martz's fault. You guys are most likely not gonna reply to my review, just like the other customers recently.

My trip both to NYC and back again were blessedly uneventful. No long waits, easy seating, smooth ride. It was a pleasant experience both ways.

There was no enforcement of mask wearing. Bus was packed. If anyone had delta, many would get sick. I won't take the bus again.

Martz is clean, punctual and nice. The only thing is that the seats 💺 are too narrow. The person sitting next to you is on your arm or sometimes the person next to u spread out too much on his seat to make u uncomfortable thru the long ride.

Took the bus to Kalahari. Had a transfer- First Bus left on time & it was a smooth ride , same for the second bus & it dropped us right by the entrance to the resort. I would use this again to get up to the Poconos.

This was a great way for us to go see New York. Our driver was awesome and it was nice that there’s a bathroom on the bus.

Prices are outrageous considering it's a bus. They're on the level with Amtrak, only there's nothing nice about this ride. Sure, Martz gets you from one place to another, but if you have any other option - take it.
