Martz has shown over the years that it really doesn't care about its customers. The latest is a reservation system for a commuter bus and forcing people to lose their tickets and money if they miss a bus a can't change their reservation ahead of time.

I don't like the fact that I have to reserve my seat. I'm a superintendent with a construction company and I don't have set hours. I never know what time I'm leaving work, some days are later then others. So without a set time of getting off, how can I reserve a seat to get home? Martz can do whatever they want and we have to eat it.

I don’t understand why Martz prices are so high. I pay $98 round trip from Delaware water gap to NYC. That is insane. This price gouging is giving me the impression that you’re taking advantage of commuters who travel back and forth. Not to mention the seats are so uncomfortable. I’m not tall but yet my legs are cramped. I feel like herded cattle. Unfortunately us commuters have to deal with this awful treatment until something else becomes available. I wish there were other alternatives. I guess you’re very aware. Your reservation system is very inconvenient. It doesn’t work with every commuters schedule. Not providing a refund is not okay either. I’m not sure if you care about the commuters who ride your buses.

This was the first time I took this bus company, the bus driver was very polite and very nice, he answered all of my questions, I believe his name was Paul B, the bus was extremely clean and had very good air conditioner, the bathroom was also very clean, he explained to us that we need to keep our masks on and even played the Martz instruction video, I would definitely take your bus company again.

Buses packed with xtra large people…seats to small & no leg room.. buses way to crowded. Bring back commuter fair …more buses from marshalls creek.. very expensive

This new reservation system is not only an inconvenience but a potential unethical theft of money as well, due to the loss of a ride of an
unfulfilled reservation.
i have been using Martz for years to commute to and from NYC, if a resolution is unabel to be come to i intend to suggest that i as well as my fellow travelers utilize an alternative form of transportation.

The bus drivers were friendly,punctual,and responsible.

The bus left late from the station because the driver was waiting on someone.
One time, I forgot my AirPod case in the bus and the customer service wasn’t willing to help me out at all.

You need to put more buses on like you use to. It was fine that way otherwise there are too many people waiting to get on and find out there are not enough seats. And you need to make the schedule like before

I think the new reservation ticket system is an inconvenience. Having to always book a trip every single time we need to travel is extra steps/tasks for commuters. Where as our old system simply scan the code for the ride is more flexible. If this ticket system is going to be mandatory and you are removing the old system, I can’t imagine what will happen if and when the system/Martz webpage goes down.
I would suggest to keep our existing ticket system for those commuters who do not have time to book every single ride every day and incorporate the new reservation ticket system as needed basis. Thank you!
