Appalling quality
I bought Major II and Major III headphones in the span of 2 years. They looked and sounded great for about a period of 6 months and then they started falling apart. The faux leather of the crown and muffs starts to desintegrate and the flakes stick to your clothes, skin and hair. I wasn’t expecting them to last me for life based on the price but at least 3 to 4 years, it’s really a shame as I don’t like the design of other brands but They’re not worth buying.

Be cautious …
I think Marshall brand's decline in quality.
I purchased the Marshall Major second generation, 4 years ago expecting a reliable product, i only used them 10-14 times. Yesterday i wanted to use them and what i saw was like a thriller. The headphones was disintegrated. The plastic was over the place like they had a mini explotion..They were stored in a dry environment, away from direct sunlight and moisture, yet they still failed miserably. This lack of durability is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the company's commitment to quality. I consider alternative brands that prioritize customer satisfaction. Don't let the Marshall brand's reputation fool you - their products may be a shadow of their former selves. It's time to hold companies accountable for their actions and make informed purchasing decisions. **Buy with caution, and don't be afraid to speak out against subpar products.**

I was pleasantly surprised when the manufacturer customer service contacted me about the damaged pair of headphones. After sharing photos of the issue, they provided a detailed explanation of the problem and informed me that the part was no longer in production.
Rather than leaving me high and dry, they offered to replace the damaged headphones with a brand new model, citing their commitment to customer satisfaction.
I was impressed by their customer-centric approach and decided to reorder a new product from them as a gesture of goodwill.
The experience reinforced my trust in the brand, and I'm now introducing my son to the same level of quality and service with a new Marshall Emberton III Cream purchase.
Please continue to give exceptional products and service that exceed our expectations. And as a customer, we're committed to standing by your side every step of the way,

Totally failed delivery and costumer experience
I bought a pair of MONITOR II A.N.C. BLACK, and paid at the checkout. They were shipped (or so I believe anyway) quickly from Marshall but got lost in delivery (seems to be a recurring problem after reading here). I myself have contacted UPS for answers without success (Investigation open but no answers on status), and Marshall customer support does not answer my emails, or help in the matter.
The 1st email they answered , but after that no answer to my two follow up emails.
According to Marshall they aim to respond within 24 hours, it has now been 7 days without an answer or solution. they totally failed at set target.
If you absolutely want to buy Marshall products, buy them through a dealer you trust. Marshall themselves don't seem to care about their customers.

Extrêmement déçu du service client de chez Marshall.
C’est de bon produits mais il ne faut absolument pas passer par leur site.
J’ai commandé chez eux récemment et j’ai renvoyé le colis car je m’étais trompé dans les écouteurs que voulaient ma fille.
Ils m’ont fourni une étiquette de retour DHL et je suis allée déposer le colis le 10 décembre. Depuis ils me disent qu’ils n’ont rien mais ne cherche pas à mener l’enquête. J’ai contacté DHL qui me dit que le colis a bien été expédié et que c’est à Marshall de s’en occuper maintenant. Sauf qu’à chaque fois que je les contacte ils me promettent de se renseigner puis toujours rien en suite.

Pessima esperienza d'acquisto
Primo ordine: sono arrivate casse del colore sbagliato. Unica soluzione a detta del customer support: effettuare un reso e acquistare di nuovo del colore corretto.
Risultato? Articolo sbagliato restituito da me il 7 gennaio, solo dopo numerose email mi è stato detto che è arrivato all'azienda il 20 gennaio (il tracker del corriere le segnala invece consegnate il 10...).
Casse nuove acquistate il 4/01: ancora nessuna traccia, risultano bloccate a Buccinasco, ma Marshall chiede a me di chiamare le Poste. Chiamato Poste Italiane due volte, mi è stato detto che è responsabilità del mittente sbloccare la situazione. Segnalata la cosa a Marshall, ancora nessuna notizia.
Come detto da altri, purtroppo customer support pressoché inesistente e confuso, spesso con copia incolla di frasi pronte, a volte risposte dopo due giorni...
Davvero pessima esperienza d'acquisto.

Null Service, Null Interesse am Kunden.
Marshall Emberton 2 App verbindet sich nicht mit dem Handy, Ständig Abbruch und Abstürze.
Mails werden nicht beantwortet. Nur Standard Antworten.
So kann und werde ich Marshall nicht weiterempfehlen können.
Da hilft auch keine "Young Fashion" Werbung, denn viel Geld für angebliche Qualität geben ältere aus.
Die werden aber vergessen und ignoriert

J'ai passé commande pour Noël d'une enceinte stanmore III, la livraison à été rapide mais malheureusement le livreur a jeté le carton par dessus mon portail (environ 2m50).
Le jour de Noël nous l'avons essayé et ce que je craignais arriva.. elle ne fonctionne pas. Le 26 décembre nous contactons le service client et depuis je suis sans réponse. Je trouve ça inadmissible pour des produits à ce prix !!!

2 Kopfhörer - beide nach einem Jahr kaputt,
Habe schon meine zweiten Kopfhörer gekauft und immer nach ca. einem Jahr geht eine Seite nicht mehr. Auch die zweiten (gleiches Modell: Major V) nun nicht mehr. Außerdem blättert das Matetial überall ab, da es kein Echtleder und sehr billig verarbeitet ist. Sehr schade, die sehen zwar super stylisch aus, aber Qualität ist das leider nicht.

Until now I don't know what's going on. I don't know where the headphones are and I haven't received the refund. I don't recommend anyone to buy from this company. I have concluded that they are very poor quality products.

Pay attention, Marshall is not the old brand you know anymore
Do you remember Marshall amplifiers lasting 20 or 30 years? Well forget them ... in my experience, Marshall is now a low-quality consumer electronics firm producing headphones with the same quality as what you can find for about ten pounds on Temu: my Marshall headphones just after the warranty started to deteriorate the cushions and the wires coating until becoming unusable even though the headphones and electronics were working perfectly... like an old Chinese toy. NEVER BUY AGAIN.

Assistenza inesistente, pacco scomparso
Ordine del 30 dicembre, trascorsi 8 giorni senza indicazione della data di spedizione. Assistenza inesistente, solo frasi copiate e incollate. Spedito il 7 gennaio, da allora il tracking è fermo e il corriere DHL non risponde alle mie richieste di aggiornamento. State lontani da questa azienda, mai visto nulla del genere.

Escroquerie sur le site ?
Attention commande passée novembre 2024, colis bloqué depuis le 9 décembre 2024 chez Chronopost.
Chronopost qui renvoie la balle à Marshall disant qu'ils doivent eux les contacter pour faire les recherches sur le colis.
Service client inexistant ! Pas de téléphone, uniquement un mail.
J'ai réussi à avoir un retour le 26/12 (Bien après Noël) car j'ai mis un avis sur le produit sur leur site (bizarre quand on dit qu'on est pas content, on a un retour) me disant d'aller au point relais.
Sauf que le colis était toujours chez Chronopost. Nous sommes le 03/01/25 et toujours rien. Je fais des mails et aucun retour.

Stockwell speakers decide to become non-compatible.
Have had a Marshall Stockwell II speaker since 3+ years. The thing worked ok. And then it didn't. Bluetooth connected with my Macbook air and my iphones. Then in the past 6 months, this speaker has suddenly become not compatible with my computer and iphones. Had I known that this device would give my devices the boot, I would have chosen another brand.

Je commande un colis qui n’arrive jamais. Ils ne m’ont toujours pas livrés au bout de 5 j alors qu’ils avait dit 2 et en plus ils travaillent avec dhl économie alors que l’entreprise sur trustpilot est à 1,3 sur 5 et avec 4700 avis quand même.

Hice un pedido, el cual se supone que ya debería haberme llegado a casa, pero aun no ha ni salido del almacén, intento contactar con atención al cliente, misión imposible, nadie contesta. Vergüenza para una empresa de este tamaño

Just awful customer service
Just awful customer service. After 3 weeks where the speaker I ordered never arrived, I had to contact them to find out where it was. They opened an investigation and found it had been lost. They asked if I wanted a replacement or a refund and I asked for an urgent replacement as it was for a Christmas present. On Boxing Day they replied to notify me that they were ‘pleased to let me know a refund had been processed’ and ‘have a nice day’.
I had to then reply again to find out why a refund had been processed instead of what I’d asked for and they said it was now out of stock.
The issue isn’t just that it took nearly a month to resolve (I ordered on 29th November), it’s that they use automated responses which lack empathy and never fully responded to the emails I had sent which forced me to write more emails.
They are also massively missing a trick. With other companies, they may have come back to me to say ‘this one is out of stock but we have the other colour or you can have the newer model that we’ll take 20% off because of your experience’ etc. but instead, by just sending a refund they’ve missed out on revenues/cash this time and now I’m never going to purchase from them again. Odd.
