Mis sized shoes

I ordered two pair of men shoes. They were received in time for both events. However upon my son wearing them to the first event he noticed one was much tighter than the other one, it was loose. He checked the shoes only to find that they were two different sizes. I contacted customer service and was tokd they would send me a return label, refund me and that I would have to repurchase. I was also told that even though I was on a tight time frame to get the new pair, I would only be waived the standard shipping fee. If I chose express I would have to pay and it would not be waived. Ok as the customer I am being punished for doing everything right and the company doing everything wrong. Whatever happened to checking the size if the shoes before selling them?
I will never purchase from Marsgalks again due to bad customer service.

Not much of a story line

Episodic is boring. Something bad happens, find bad guy, deal with bad guy, next. Not enough story line. This show needs to give me a reason to watch and it didn’t happen. Didn’t get past the second episode.

This is our 3rd Qashqai that we have bought from the Doncaster site, we always deal with Josh McCoy so much knowledge and experience very welcoming and polite nothing is too much trouble we highly recommend him outstanding service

I’ve loved this store for as long as I…

I’ve loved this store for as long as I can remember as I almost always find a deal somewhere hidden. However over the past year or so even today at 12:54 pm by a Black police officer was verbally assailed outside of this store in Brooklyn’s Barclay’s center. They accused me of shoplifting after having just come from the line purchasing my item. I’m also partially deaf in my left ear (had a ear phone in the right) so I did not hear the store associate randomly flagging me down i had walked right by them putting the receipt in my handbag. So for them to turn right around and act like I stole something at the door and then get a disgusting attitude because I did not hear them I AM LEGALLY DISABLED AND ON TOP OF THAT CANNOT HEAR MUCH OUT OF MY LEFT EAR UNLESS IM PHYSICALLY PAYING ATTENTION AND NOTICE. MARSHALLS HAS LOST A LONGTIME CUSTOMER. I WON’T GIVE MY DOLLARS TO A STORE WHOSE GOT GUARDS AT THE DOOR WRONGFULLY ACCUSING PEOPLE OF SHOPLIFTING. HAD I NOT ACTUALLY WANTED WHAT I BOUGHT I WOULD HAVE IMMEDIATELY RETURNED IT, I AM DONE WITH THIS STORE. THEY ARE NOT KIND OR PROFESSIONAL.

Shallow

Shallow, predictable, poorly cast, hardly worth a person's time is the only way to describe Marshals. It reminds me of the Marines in Alien 2. Everyone is gung-ho and over the top. By the third episode we realize just how fragmented and poorly trained/organized this bunch is. I've wasted 3 episodes of time watching and hoping but I won't be wasting a 4th hour of my time from here on.

A proper vehicle sales team

Having recently visited Big Motoring World to purchase a car and had a terrible experience I have been pleasantly surprised with the customer service I have just received at Marshals Audi in Maidstone. From my first contact by telephone to the eventual purchase of the vehicle I can honestly say that all of the staff were polite, courteous and helpful.
I was fully informed from start to finish about how the sale was going and felt like a valued customer. My salesperson Bobby was exceptional and I would definitely use this company again

Wrong item sent and NO REFUND

I ordered boots from Marshall’s.com and they sent the wrong boots. I ordered Silver Go-go boots for a costume and they sent completely furry Sasquatch boots.i have called 5 separate times for help and they keep saying they are emailing a return shipping label and have yet to do it. I went to the store for a refund & since my receipt doesn’t match what I am trying to return, they cannot help me. This has been extremely frustrating. I DO NOT recommend ever ordering from them on line.

The store stinks

The store stinks. The clothes...the bedding and bath and personal items items...the store reeks of this nasty Produce Maxx or hypochlorous acid type germicide...much like a Goodwill Store smells. This smell won't wash out. If you keep spraying and cleaning the store with all that..the only folks you will get in there are going to be disease ridden. Average folks won't shop somewhere that sprays their merchandise with whatever that stuff is for long. It is a Dept store...not a sick ward. Please stop using whatever that is

🩳👔🥿👠👖👕🩴❌❌❌Winners and Marshalls have gone downhill. This Christmas(2025), 90% of the stock looked like literal junk—it felt like shopping at a thrift store. I don’t know if they changed their buyers or if the fashion industry is just collapsing, but these used to be great stores. Now? There's absolutely nothing worth buying anymore.

Bree the comanager has a very serious…

Bree the comanager has a very serious problem with speaking to her employees. First thing first this store needs to address this person and the cause of her actions. Point to be made is that you have been the asst. manager for this many years and no growth in becoming an actually manager. They don't care about time management because they all just sliding by. Morgan is a great manager and I appreciate her honesty but Manager Bree is a totally disaster that don't respect anyone and as I stated to her that she will not talk to me like I'm nothing so therefore I'm no longer needed because I demanded respect and I'm taking this discrimination further because I want her job. I'm seeking help in this situations and need to understand why this person is still employed with Marshalls and she needs to be expose for her actions and managers can be wrong.

Made two purchases: Both were horrible

Made two purchases on Marshalls Online Store:
1. Return two coats. The local stores does not recognize the purchase from the barcode or the email. They gave me a really hard time and berated me for shopping online. It took me two associates to barely figure it out after 15 minutes.
2. They delivered purchase to the wrong address! Not Amazon, is it.
I think I am done with Marshalls online.

Bag Policy Feels Like a Money Grab, Not an Environmental Effort

I am extremely disappointed with Marshall’s bag policy and the customer experience that came with it.

During a recent visit to the Dartmouth, Nova Scotia location, I brought my own reusable bags, which I placed on the counter at checkout. The cashier scanned my items but did not bag anything. When I asked if my items would be bagged, I was told no and informed that staff are not allowed to bag items if customers bring their own reusable bags. I was told items are only bagged if a Marshall’s bag is purchased.

Reusable bags are meant to support environmental responsibility. However, this policy feels less about sustainability and more like a money grab. Marshall’s no longer provides bags, yet refuses to bag items when customers bring their own. That contradiction completely undermines the environmental message.

I have shopped at Marshall’s for years and have never experienced this at any other location. This experience has made me seriously question the company’s commitment to customer service and environmental responsibility.

Very disappointing.

Worst Online Shopping Experience
I ordered shoes from Marshalls Online and they came defective — much smaller than the standard size. When I tried to return them, Marshalls only offered to refund the item price, not the shipping fee, and even tried to charge me an additional return shipping fee! That means the customer pays shipping twice for a defective product. Very unfair and disappointing policy. I will never shop here again — I canceled my card and will not buy from Marshalls in the future.

Junk

It used to be a fine store many years ago at least 20 years ago and gradually downgraded to junky yard especially last two years. Now looking at clothes there I don’t even touch anything. Nothing attracts my attention. It looks like a Goodwill store or one dollar store.what happened? New management? New policy?

Marshalls Lynnwood, WA

I have been shopping at the Lynnwood, Wa location for years, and I love the store products. However, the management at this location is very disrespectful and the employees that work there exhibit the same behavior. I have been sexually harassed, racially profiled, and my overall experience has been hostile.

I purchased a bag of caramels and makeup. I went to the store in Alton Pkwy in Irvine, CA to return the items, but met with refusal to accept the items for return by the sales associate Nargis. I told her the bag of caramels is unopened and I chose not to keep it because I had a family member buy one for herself and I tried it and it was awful and not good at all, so I wanted to return mine that was unopened. And the makeup I purchased had a stench upon opening it. I told the sales associate Nargis that it had a awful odor and said I had to return it because I cannot use it. She gave me a hard time and refused to return the items. I told her i would not have known the smell if I did not open the makeup. And why are they selling bad products that are old in the first place? I told her I would like to speak to the manager. And she said she will speak to them instead. No where in the website does it specify any restrictions on certain goods that can be returned. The standard return specifies on their website: Standard Return Policy for Items Purchased in Stores - Our customers continue to be our top priority. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, return the merchandise accompanied by a register receipt within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund in the original form of tender. A 10-day period from the date of purchase is required for a cash refund on check purchases. Returns with a receipt over 30 days, with a gift receipt or without a receipt will receive merchandise credit only. Merchandise credits are subject to the Terms and Conditions printed thereon and imposed by the issuer which may include restrictions on transfers.
The store was not understanding to loyal customer like myself and they treated me as if I did something wrong. They sold a bad product and I was returning it. Why would they be so difficult about that? They do not uphold to the quality standards they should be holding in regards to service and their products. They seem like they do not care and treats valuable loyal customer as if we are the problem. The products they sold that are bad is the problem.
