Je leur achète le Monitor II à 300€. Après deux ans d’utilisation avec un immense soin (et sans le trimballer partout ! Il restait dans mon tiroir au bureau, dans sa pochette !) l’arceau et les mousses partent en miettes !
Après un message au service clients d’après eux c’est « l’usure normale ». 300€ un casque et au bout de 2 ans, il s’effrite de partout. On marche sur la tête.

2-year warranty actually worked
2-year warranty when purchasing from official website ... worked really well. My earphones Motif 2 ANC developed the issue (the mesh/grill detached) after a year and an half of usage, I raised warranty request via chat, they came back to me via email, and once I provided all the proofs and details - swiftly sent me a new replacement pair. So, thanks guys for the working warranty

I have had Marshall Iv headphones for less than two years . I don't even use them very often only when on a run .
They now won't turn all. I have tried everything. They reset and have a green charging light but when you unplug them they won't turn on.
Longevity seems to be a common issue with this product looking at reviews .

Ich habe mir am 08.02.2025 die Marshall Motif II A.N.C. bei MM gekauft, da sie im Angebot für 115 € waren und ich dank eines 90 € Gutscheins nur 25 € zuzahlen musste.
Leider bereue ich den Kauf inzwischen sehr – rückblickend hätte ich lieber die Apple AirPods Pro (2. Generation) genommen.
Der Klang der Marshall-Kopfhörer ist für meinen Geschmack enttäuschend, und die Bluetooth-Verbindung ist unzuverlässig, insbesondere an meinem Mac Pro (2012, 5.1). Mit den AirPods Pro 2 hatte ich solche Probleme nie.
Ein Mitarbeiter bei MM erwähnte außerdem, dass die Rückgabequote bei Marshall-Kopfhörern sehr hoch sei und die Geräte nicht mehr direkt von Marshall selbst produziert würden – der Markenname werde lediglich weiterverwendet.
Bereits am 06.03.2025 musste ich die Kopfhörer austauschen lassen, weil sie sich von Anfang an nicht vollständig aufladen ließen.
Am 22.10.2025 folgte erneut ein 1:1-Tausch, da der rechte Kopfhörer plötzlich piepte bzw. rauschte und das Tragen dadurch unangenehm wurde.
Mittlerweile habe ich also schon das dritte Paar, und ich bezweifle, dass diese Kopfhörer langfristig halten werden.
Mein Fazit:
Tut euch selbst einen Gefallen und kauft lieber Apple AirPods Pro (3. Generation) – mit diesen hatte ich bislang keine Probleme.
Wer mit den Marshall Motif II A.N.C. zufrieden ist, dem wünsche ich natürlich weiterhin viel Spaß – aber für mich waren sie leider eine große Enttäuschung.

I have bought the brand new Marshall…
I have bought the brand new Marshall JCM900 studio 20 combo, and it is the worst 2300$ canadian bucks i had lost in my life, i reported the real bad soumding to Marshall straight then to the retailer in Mississauga Ontario, LA Music, none of these two wanted to hear was my complaint was... bottom line i was stuck with a 2300$ amp that sound like a 95$ fender transtor 10 watts. And I am not exagerating.. on clean the amp sound pretty OK, on channel B with gain at 4 ok, but after trying godzillion settings and adding distortion pedals, (Nobels, Gurus, Mxr, Boss ) nothing works there is that anoying fizz and harshh sound that scraps all lead, distortion which you may call it drive sounds. And i'm not talking about the fx loop that scraps the whole sound from input to output, the main problem is in the input and through the whole amp . just crap with fizz and beeeezzz . worthless purchase ever, ( of all the 50+ amps I had in my life ) don't waste your money or good senses on such a piece of crap.
Expensive Retail = Cheap Parts =
Their "Monitor" Range which retails headphones at over £300.00 is a shambles.
For this cost you would expect premium parts instead of cheap plastic which can easily snap if held in an incorrect position.
I was (un)fortunately gifted these and didn't have the privilege of parting with hard earned cash for such a poorly designed product.
They developed a fault charging with Marshall providing a 3 month warranty on £300 headphones...BE AWARE.
Mala experiencia con el servicio postventa – no devuelven el dinero
Compré unos cascos Marshall y en pocos meses dejaron de funcionar. Los envié al servicio técnico y confirmaron que estaban defectuosos. Me dijeron que me devolverían el dinero, pero hoy me informan que no es un reembolso, sino un vale para gastar en su tienda.
Me parece un engaño: yo no quiero volver a comprar nada de esta marca, y encima los productos actuales son mucho más caros que los que compré. Si el producto no sirve y no lo reemplazan, lo mínimo sería devolver el dinero en la forma original de pago, y dejar que el cliente decida cómo y dónde gastarlo.
Muy decepcionado con la atención y la falta de seriedad. No volveré a comprar aquí.

Mon enceinte Stanmore est tombée en panne du jour au lendemain. On me propose soit 120 € pour la réparer, soit 20 % de remise sur une nouvelle enceinte achetée directement chez eux.
Je suis extrêmement déçu : 20 % n’a rien d’avantageux, surtout que ces modèles sont très souvent soldés ou proposés à ce prix dans d’autres enseignes.

Absolutely shocking customer service, my parcel has not been delivered so I contacted them to make them aware of this. I was then told that I needed to complete a form and send it to them which would start an investigation, I completed this online and sent it, I was then told it needed to be printed off and sent, as I don’t own a printer this is impossible for me. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed in the service I have received from such a reputable company, I certainly won’t be purchasing anything again and I will be making everyone I know aware of this. I am now £80 odd pound down and have no headphones.
