Keine aussagekräftige Begründung – nur der kryptische Verweis auf "Zahlungssicherheitssoftware", während das Geld längst abgebucht war.Nach mehreren Kontaktversuchen mit KI-Chatbots und Support: Nur Copy-Paste-Antworten. Null echte Kommunikation. Null Transparenz über die Gründe der Ablehnung.Das ist ein Verstoß gegen DSGVO Art. 22 (Transparenzpflicht bei automatisierten Entscheidungen). Marshall nutzt Algorithmen zur Bestellablehnung, offenbart Kunden aber bewusst nicht die Kriterien. Das ist nicht nur schlecht für Kunden – das ist gesetzwidrig.Der "Kundenservice" ist ein Witz. Unternehmen, die es ernst meinen, erklären ihre Systeme. Marshall versteckt sich hinter Automatisierung.Konklusio: Firma, der die Kundenachtung abhanden gekommen ist. Geld weg, Erklärung keine. Suchen Sie sich einen besseren Hersteller.

Product arrived faulty
Product arrived faulty. Have to jump through hoops (including taking speaker apart and registering product with dhl as a dangerous item - batteries - before they will accept it) to get a replacement. Now customer support has gone quiet on me. No apology either. Wish i hadn't bothered.

My Nissan Navara broke down more times than I can count and each time the Reading said they had fixed it only for it to break down a few days later. In the end I gave up and sold it - my new Ford Ranger has been faultless to date.

Comprei os fones Minor II e posso dizer foram os piores fones que já tive, os fones desconectam do nada.
Por vezes falham, um dos lados desliga.
Outro detalhe particularmente incomodativo é o facto de o fone direito ficar super quente. Se não tivessem tantas falhas acho que seria bons, porque o som é otimo.

Do not order from Marshall’s official website.
I ordered a speaker from Marshall’s official website on December 3rd, which then shipped from the Netherlands. I was notified it had passed the UK Customs at DHL on December 5th, due for delivery on the 6th.
However, since the 6th my shipment has been marked as “delayed” with no update from DHL since. After a lot of back-and-forth between the two - Marshall saying they’d opened a case and DHL claiming Marshalls had to “call them directly to describe how my order had been packed” - I ended up asking for a refund from Marshall as I saw no end.
Seeing how others have complained about the same thing, I implore Marshall to look into using another courier as DHL have clearly betrayed many of their customers’ confidence, whether it’s a genuine mistake on their end or something more sinister - at this point I’m more inclined to believe the latter. I would have never expected to encounter this sort of issue shopping from a merchant’s official website.
I would have given this experience a 1 star review if not for the Marshall agents trying their best to rectify this issue with the limited power they have, but I would prefer to have received the speaker instead of wasting countless hours on pointless phone calls and talking to the agents on a silly chatbox.

Die Ware war sicher verpackt und funktioniert einwandfrei.

I bought a Marshall Middleton and now Marshall declares my guarantee null and void
I bought a Marshall Middleton in April 2025. It has been working excellent until today, when I wanted to charge the speaker as I have multiple times. I was trying a bit to locate the usb-c charging plug when suddenly I felt something give in the plug of the speakers and a rattling sound. The plug had disappeared into the speakers. I was annoyed but thought I would get it done right away so I took it to Hifi-klubben where I bought it. To my astonishment the employee there was very cool and dismissive stating that the guarantee did not cover the broken charging plug, stating that Marshall’s policy was that any damage to the charging plug would per definition be a case of using to excessive force from the user. I did not use excessive force but instead pushing gently in towards the plug to connect with it, when it broke. It amazes me that Marshall in advance blames the customer for something that I see as an error in the quality of the product. It is as if they in advance acquit themselves of any problems with charging plug, it is per definition the customers fault.
