Well, I generally buy my wife Honey Birdette.
But if thought i would try Mariemur, and definitely was not disappointed.
It is just next level.
Yes, it is clearly dearer, but its Well worth it. The quality is next level.
It will not disappoint

Items didn’t fit a the extra charges on top once it crossed the border was crazy. So a guy can’t even return them for the right size outfits. Compared to buying with honeybirdette the price is the price even crossing the boarder an of items don’t fit they cover all shipping to send it back till your happy with your purchas. Which is to bad cause I wanted to spend more money at your store

It is a fourth week i am waiting for this company to send my order. I paid for express delivery. Customer service has no clue what is going On with order delivery. Looks like scam.

Awful!! Zero customer service, tacky underwear dont deserve to be called lingerie and looks cheap and definetely not worth the money! Zero customer service as well! Avoid!

This is one of the companies that quality is outstanding but logistics are terrible. Most people that rate them with 1 star are completely right. Its a joke that nowadays they can't deliver ON TIME.. I first bought several items, after waiting almost a month the package was declared lost.. they offered resend it BUT half of the items i purchase were not available anymore... I admit their communications are ok, no more than 24 hrs to get a response (not always helpful tho).. then against my logical thinking (and my wife insistance) i agreed to re do an order, again it took almost a week just to "process" the order... they "upgraded" the delivery company to UPS.. it took 3 weeks to have the package, so after 2 months i finally have what i purchased.. So as the title of my review says.. i have missed feelings.. the product quality is good.. would i purchase again.. maybe, but just have in mind that this is not an prime company...what bothers me is that they have items that cost around 500 usd, so they know their customers are willing to pay for their products.. why dont make sure they contract better logistics companies like DHL or Fedex..they use this crappy service "Passport Global" that at least for me is a complete failure, not only from this purchase i have had the same problem with other company using this "Passport Global" thing... you have been warned :-)

MARIEMUR is mine and my husband’s favorite lingerie brand! The quality is awesome down to every fine detail, I love that the pieces are adjustable. The quality of every item totally exceeds the expectation for the cost. I’m totally in love with the packaging and lastly the customer service is exceptional!!

You can not go wrong with ordering from this brand! I absolutely recommend them for super sexy lingerie with incredible quality. Enjoy 💜🤩

Good luck everyone finding anything in size. It’s always XL bras and S panties available….just take it down or put on clearance when you run out. So extremely frustrating trying to purchase a set of anything. Always out!

Over Two Months to Arrive and probably 60m of emailing and phone calls—Never Again

The product took over two months to arrive. The shipping service was appalling, and customer service was completely unhelpful throughout. I wouldn’t buy from them again—or even accept a free item—unless they radically change their logistics. The product is finally here, but yet to unbox. No matter how wonderful, i regret buying from them. Return and refund request sent when product was untraceable were denied.

I love the Mariemur brand. Outstanding quality and stunning designs. The pieces make me feel like a truly embodied, feminine, and powerful woman. I can't wait to receive my latest order. What makes Mariemur stand out, though, is its customer-centered approach. I had to return/exchange one of the pieces due to size issues and Pylyp D. offered a seamless solution with the utmost care and respect for me as a customer. What an incredible person to have on the Mariemur team. They have me as a customer for life. If you are lucky to catch their sale, you'll be walking away with empowered pieces that your partner will thank you for.

Customer service was great....I ended up having to travel prior to delivery and their team gladly changed the shipping address to where I was going.

The product is outstanding. Great quality, fit guidelines were spot-on.

🚩🚩 I'm writing this review on July 1st, 33 days after placing my order on May 29th. MARIEMUR promised 8-10 business days delivery.

We're now at 24 business days and I still don't have my package. This is beyond unacceptable for any brand, let alone one calling itself "luxury."

The timeline speaks for itself and it's absolutely shocking. It took them 11 days just to create a shipping label. ELEVEN DAYS.

Then another 8 days to actually get the package to the shipping facility. That's 19 days just to get my order out their door. For reference, other lingerie gets packages to my door in my countryin 2-3 days total.

🚨 The tracking went dark on June 26th and hasn't moved since. When I contacted support, I got the usual copy-paste responses about how "the carrier is slow" and "please be patient." This isn't a carrier issue - this is MARIEMUR's complete failure to manage their logistics. I paid €121 (including duties) in shipping costs for this nightmare.

Customer service is absolutely useless. They offered me a $40 gift card as compensation, which is insulting. I don't want credit to shop with a company that can't deliver what they promise. I want my money back. When you advertise 8-10 business days and take over a month, that's false advertising.

🚩 For context, I regularly order from actual luxury lingerie brands. None of them have ever taken more than 1 weeks to deliver internationally. MARIEMUR is in a league of their own when it comes to poor service.

Save yourself the headache and order literally anywhere else. There are dozens of better lingerie brands that actually know how to run a business in 2025. MARIEMUR is amateur hour disguised as luxury, and their shipping process proves it.
