Disappointing Customer Service and Shipping Experience
I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and overall experience.
For a store positioned as luxurious with relatively high pricing, the shipping time is unreasonably long. The slow and low-quality shipping feels inconsistent with the brand image and pricing, which makes the purchase feel cheap and not worth the money.
I am still waiting for my items, and this is the first time I have experienced such slow and poorly handled shipping from a store that presents itself as premium.
When I reached out to express my concerns, I only received an automated and impersonal response, which honestly made the situation even more frustrating. For a brand operating at this price level, I expected better communication and support.

They never mentioned any duty tax before payment . I bought from France and then after payment, I received duty tax of 40€ for an item cost 59€. Non sense . No way.

The bras and underwear I ordered are gorgeous – beautiful design and excellent quality. Sadly the size wasn’t right for me, but the customer service team (huge shoutout to Mr. Pylyp!) was fantastic. They were fast, understanding, and genuinely helpful – not just following a script.
My first experience here was wonderful because of them. Will definitely order again (with better sizing next time 😊) and recommend to friends!

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE
I purchased a bra and several panties for my wife. Clearly I am guessing at her sizing for their product fit because all clothing fits differently. Once she tried on the garments, she said they did not fit properly. Well the website states a 90 day return policy, when in fact it is 30 days....totally contradicting. The other issue is that on LinkedIn their CEO Daniil states on a post of another colleague that he considers email address and phone address as valuable for direct communication yet they don't have a phone number to call. Again, contradiction of what he stated on social media. The biggest issue is that they approved the bra to be returned for a full refund and the other items as store credit. I didn't realize there was a 7 day return window. BUT their verbiage states that the return "may" result in cancellation. I stated the reason we were not able to get out of the house during the day because my kid was severely sick and could not leave the house during the day which is the only time USPS is open. I still have yet to hear a response from them. UNACCEPTABLE! I will not buy from them again and will continue to blast them every where I can on their lack of customer service and lack of sympathy for the situation. And again....who doesn't have a phone number to call for customer service??
Response to your response…I have emailed that email address four times with no response. I am not sure if you guys even check your email.

I recently purchased a couple of items that I had to return as they were too big unfortunately. The person I dealt with by the name of Pylyp, was very understanding and made the return very simplified and I will receive a store credit upon the return of the items.

No EU shipment
This company uses marketing tricks lying that it provides worldwide shipping and even has a site with euro prices. I made an order but in the end it got stuck in the Customs Office with a huge cost of 150 €. When I asked for a return and a refund they blamed me for misunderstanding and said that they won't refund my 175 € order. I hope my review will prevent other customer to get scammed in the future... ##Adding to my previous review.. The company charges for extra shipment as expected, but when I am prompting for return, they are not accepting it from the shipment company as expected and noted in their policy. As a result the order is not returning so they won't refund it..
