After placing an expensive order

After placing an expensive order, I was surprised to learn that additional duties and taxes would be required upon delivery — something that was not clearly communicated at checkout. Despite reaching out multiple times, the company failed to provide a concrete delivery date even after the promised delivery window had passed.

When I asked for a refund due to the delay and unexpected costs, they refused to process it immediately, instead advising me to "refuse delivery" — without guaranteeing a proper return or refund timeline!

A customer should never be left unsure about extra charges or forced to chase a refund because of the seller's logistics problems!

I regret trusting this company and would not recommend it to anyone expecting transparency, responsibility, or proper customer support.

Regarding the delivery delay — please rest assured that our team has been actively monitoring your shipment. We’ve also contacted the logistics provider directly, and unfortunately, they confirmed that the parcel cannot be stopped or recalled while in transit. For this reason, we advised you to refuse delivery if you no longer wish to receive the order. Once the parcel is being returned to us, we will promptly issue a full refund, as per our policy.

We hope you understand that issuing a refund before receiving the returned package is not standard practice, as it leaves room for complications if the item is accepted later. Our aim is to ensure a fair and secure process for both sides.

Mariemurs excellent customer service and support

We bought a bunch of different items. A few that we needed to return and their customer service was very gracious about it. One of the items that we kept was especially striking, the cupless bra is just exquisite at any price point and we ended up ordering another one because it was so good! Their stuff is expensive but what you would expect from Good Old American USA quality. We will definitely be doing more business with them.

Lost package quickly fixed.

The package was lost in shipping. Pylyp D. was amazing to work with. Frequently checked in via email until it was determined to be lost. Quickly sent a replacement.

Pylyp my concierge took great care to make sure that I got exactly what I needed upfront and then when I had to credit items. I was very upset because I had missed estimated my size and I was extremely anxious about spending so much money and being credited back because I had to return the items I had no choice. They were so beautiful and they came in a very lovely box with a lovely note and the lovely Silky bag and I was very upset. I was completely taken care of, and I got all of my credit today COB thank you so much.

I recently received my order from Mariemur, and I must say I am beyond impressed—not only with the quality of the products but also with their exceptional customer service. While I was incredibly persistent and gave them a hard time during the process due to shipping delays, the Mariemur team handled every interaction with patience, professionalism, and empathy.

Refuse to send item

After one month, the package has yet to leave Bulgaria. When I query what's happening, I'm told that it's my job to contact their shipping company and find out why they're not sending the package.

One thing is that it takes 3 weeks for MarieMur to BEGIN sending an order, but then to require that I fix why it never leaves their warehouse is insane

placed an order on November 21 (!!) and the package still has not arrived, really ridiculous service. Emailed and they said they had changed warehouses and were therefore delayed. This can happen, but inform your consumers of this instead of the consumer having to contact you themselves. I think it's really ridiculous service for an order worth over 200 euros

Lost package. Final update

Lost my package but did not tell me for over a month. When they finally admitted it, half the items were out of stock. So they asked me to place a new order and pay for shipping since I no longer had the minimum required. Absolute scam! Worst customer service

Update: After working with customer service, we have resolved most of the issue. I appreciate the effort made to fix the situation. I have updated the score accordingly

Final update: Wish I could give MarieMur negative star review. They never ship the items! Once again after a month, I did not receive my item. Then they told me the delay was due to a new warehouse....except they forgot they used that same excuse last year. So I know it was a lie. Then offered express delivery and it took 3 days just to get a tracking number but carrier still had not received the item. It's a real shit show of lies and deception. AVOID AT ALL COST
