Steals content to legitimise themselves.....AVOID!
This company is not based in the US, it looks as though it is in Hong Kong. They steal content from influencers promoting Nadine Merabi dresses and pass it off as their own. The quality and sizing are a joke considering the price and although they state that you are able to receive a refund for a defective product they will not provide instructions on how to do this and instead offer to ship you a replacement item of poor quality or compensate you less than 25% of what you paid. I ordered 3 dresses, whilst 2 of them fit the material is cheap and quality is poor, definitely not worth anything like what I paid for them. The third is apparently the same size as the other 2 but it is not possible to get it on. Aside from the fact that the sizing is wrong, tassles are sewn into parts on the other side of the dress meaning it needs cutting to fix it.....but then the tassles will fray at the cuts. Mine even had some bonus frayed fluff sewn into the back of it. There is no disputing that the item is defective but they will not, in any way shape or form, provide me with the means to obtain a refund. This is theft. The company is dodgy. Do not give them any of your money!!!
And don't even get me started on these fake reviews and the countless 'we want to help and we really understand' responses on here......they are con artists and nothing more.

I ordered two pieces of. Both very cheaply made. I want to return. However, I’m directed to their email, which has no information on returns. Hence, I called their customer service support, and the line went dead x4. Has to be a fake company! I strongly suggest not purchasing from them!

STAY AWAY !!! They are complete fraudsters !!! As soon as i placed an order i tried to cancel it immediately by email after having no confirmation of the order. They fobbed me off for about 10 days saying they with talk to their supervisor to then be told it was now in transit. It arrived weeks later.
The dresses were so not true to size the quality horrendous, The day i received the order i emailed them to get a return address, there was no reply with a return address, I'm now in a dispute with them & will not give up !! They are liars, thieves & complete con artists. I bought 4 dresses costing me £150 & a ridiculous about of my time. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I ordered a dress from Mapledance , obviously it’s a copy of a Nadine Merabi dress but they are using pictures from the Nadine Merabi website which surely isn’t allowed? The dress was horrible, so cheap looking, I knew immediately I would have to send it back. They made me send pictures to show it wasn’t faulty and then said they didn’t do refunds? I’ve never experienced this before and buy online frequently. They have offered me £7 compensation, ridiculous. The dress was £50. I thought the law in UK was for online goods they have to refund? AVOID!!!

I agree with many costumers avoid it Froud I am in a week 3 now bateling trying to get a refund size wron quality shocking, absolutely not what is on they website, payed extra for fast delivery and arrived 3 weeks late. From a beginning all went wrong and they still refusing to refund.
Just go to your banks and and get froud refund its useless to speak to them. It's clearly not gonna work to speak to them they just copy past answers as I can see all the same to everyone.

Both garments which were nothing like advertised, quality awful, and sizing completely wrong no tags or care labels on garments. One dress I didn't even try on as it was so terrible. Their returns/refund policy is very misleading and doesn't make any sense. For the prices of the dresses the quality is absolutely SHOCKING! May as well order off shein, they’d be a fraction of the price and probably better quality! I paid £15 for express delivery and the parcel didn’t turn up when expected, eventually it arrived 1 week later than when it was due. Paid over £100 for 2 dresses and a pair of earrings which they’ve refused to accept a refund for, honestly such a waste of money! DO NOT order from here!!!!

Do not order from this website, the only positive is my order did arrive within the expected time. I ordered 3 dresses size M, the website states size 10-12. When the outfits arrived they were clearly not a medium, I even had my sister who is a size 8 try them on and they didn’t fit! The quality is absolutely shocking, they do not match the images on the website I don’t know how they are getting away with selling these items!
I have emailed for a return but they have said this is not possible, I have spent over £100 on items that are not even worth £10.

Absolutely terrible experience with this company. First of all, the quality of the dress is so so so poor that it's not even worth £5. The dress I received was very damaged, and I had paid £54 for it. When I contacted them about the issue, they insultingly offered me a £5 refund for a damaged product.
I made it clear I wanted a full refund due to the poor quality and the damage, but they refused. After two months of back-and-forth, they finally offered me £8 out of the £54 | paid-completely unacceptable.
The quality is beyond cheap, their customer service is appalling, and even PayPal couldn't help recover the money.
Avoid this company at all costs. Don't trust them-they sell low-quality items, and you'll never get your money back!

Is absolutely horrible , it comes from china and the quality it might as well be shien They are not worth the price you pay . They will not give you a return label so you have to pay for it yourself. It is a scam.
I have been sent faulty dresses and sent photos etc of this. They are refusing to refund my items as they say to return them would cost them too much money.
They have offered to replace them but the dresses were intended for Christmas and NY celebrations and now I don’t trust the quality.
I’m just going round in circles saying I want a refund. Luckily I paid through Klarna so I have raised a complaint through them.

Do not order from this company. I rarely feel the need to write reviews but I wouldn’t want anyone else to have the experience I have. Firstly the dresses I ordered took a month to arrive which was frustrating but when they did the quality was so poor and unwearable. They look nothing like the pictures, the sizing was wrong, stitching was terrible and material was very thin. I have contacted the company, sent pictures of the dresses and they have told me I do not qualify for a refund. So £137 completely wasted!!

Poor quality product
I don’t usually leave reviews but I wish I had done my research before ordering. The dress I ordered is a poor quality product and poor customer service. The dress arrived almost a month late, and the quality of the material is not worth what I paid. They’ve refused to refund me due to their T&C’s saying they will only refund if the product is broken. Buyers beware, you can get much better quality clothing at other online stores.
To update - their customer service team have emailed me saying they will only refund me even my shipping fee (I paid express but didn’t receive it) until I change my review on here!! I’ve never seen anything like it. Do NOT buy from this store.

The product that I ordered is very poor quality and does not match how it is presented online. Really disappointing.

I have received my parcel 2 weeks later that stated on the website. When reaching out they informed me I cannot return unless my items are faulty. I then opened my parcel to check them and have gems falling off, stitching coming away and marks all over the black dress. Luckily I checked before agreeing to a 10 percent compensation. When sending photos and of the items I received that went on to say cut the threads off, this is disgusting customer service and goes again there returns policy. Do NOT order from here it has been my worst experience with retail.
