Another update - I have been told I will only receive my poxy 15% refund if I amend my honest reviews … I’d leave 0 stars if I could. Stock and customer support is shocking!!

A member of staff told me, once I have updated my review they will issue my refund. I have had several emails sent between myself and maple dance with my order number and pictures.

A SCAM. Don’t buy it. Cheap fabric. Misleading advertising. Terrible!!!

Absolute trash! The quality of these items does not warrant the price and they point blank refuse to refund, claiming it is hand stitched 🤣.

Their customer service team send long and convoluted emails apologising for customer dissatisfaction, only offering a discount, when the truth is they dont want their own products back it is that bad as it came from China!!!

Do not order from this company unless you want something three sizes too small to go straight in the bin.

Really shoddy company to buy from. Took ages to arrive. Dress is poor quality (see through) and a bad fit. Asked for a refund and to send back and their returns policy is so restrictive. I have emailed claiming my consumer rights are that I can receive a refund as the product is not fit for purpose. I have had another email back offering compensation. I have not replied. I do not want compensation. I want to return the dress and receive the money I paid for it. It wasn't cheap either. Do not recommend buying from here. It's coincidence how all the recent 5 star reviews are very similar and have a response. Makes me wonder if they are fake or paid for reviews. Not impressed.

I ordered a dress from this company, and it was a complete disappointment. The material is nothing like what was advertised—it feels cheap, plastic-like, and completely see-through. The quality is terrible, making the dress unwearable.

On top of that, I paid for express shipping, but it arrived late. When I reached out to customer service, they directed me to their return policy, which is heavily restrictive. They claim to be "committed to high-quality products," but my experience was the complete opposite. They also state they accept returns for defective items, yet they refuse to acknowledge how poor their product quality is.

I would not recommend purchasing from this store. The pictures on their website are misleading, and their return policy is unfair. Save your money and shop elsewhere!

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with this company. This has been THE WORT shopping experience I have ever had, and I want to make sure others do not go through the same thing.

I ordered a dress, and when it arrived, the quality was bad, and to make things worse, it had a stain on it! They claim that they only refund if the dress is defective—well, a stained, unclean dress IS defective, and it is 100% their fault. But instead of taking responsibility, they refused to refund me, even though their own return policy states that a defective product is refundable. Clearly, they do not even follow their own rules, which is completely unprofessional.

When I reached out, I was willing to be reasonable and asked for a refund. Instead of handling the situation properly, they dragged me into a long back-and-forth negotiation over emails. Eventually, they offered me a 30% refund, which I did not find fair at all, but I accepted it just to move on. They told me I would receive my refund within 1-2 business days, yet after TWO WEEKS, nothing! When I reached out again, their response was simply: “Oh sorry, we couldn’t do it.”

How is that professional? Instead of informing me on their own, they waited for ME to follow up—which proves they never intended to process the refund in the first place. And in every email, they kept saying “Sorry” and “Thank you for your patience”—but I am done being patient. They wasted my time with false promises and refused to take real accountability.

Now, instead of refunding me, they are offering to send me a new dress—but I DO NOT WANT a new dress! I want my MONEY BACK because I paid for a product that should have arrived clean and in good condition, and it did not.

I already know how they will reply to this review. They’ll probably say, “We want to explain our return policy…” or some other nonsense to make it seem like they are being fair. But let’s be clear: YOUR OWN RETURN POLICY STATES that if the product isDEFECTIVE , it is REFUNDABLE ! And yet, when I received a defective product, they refused to honor it. This is an unprofessional company that does not even follow its own rules.

They will also try to claim that they “tried to be fair” or “offered a replacement” to make themselves look good, but the truth is, they lied about the refund, wasted my time, and ignored their own policies. If you are considering ordering from this company, DON’T.

Company is a SCAM - do not use!

I ordered 3x dresses to try on over the Xmas period, on arrival one had a stain on it, and the other two were much bigger than the size 8 I had ordered, the quality was poor and they did not match the items on the website. It is now three months later and I’m no further forward with the complaints procedure.

I requested a return for all three just to be told that refunds were only available for ‘defective’ products. Despite one of the three dresses being sent with a stain on it and in an unwearable condition, I have still not been granted a refund.

The ‘customer service team’ asked for size measurements as proof that the dresses were in fact oversized, which I provided. However, another excuse was made that they weren’t ‘clear enough’ and more pictures needed to be sent. It’s very clear that the company are taking the piss and have no intention of issuing a refund.

I asked customer service for this to be escalated to their most senior manager, a copy of their quality assurance document, their size chart - all of which they couldn’t provide. Again, another reason not to have to accept a return.

I would warn anyone against using this company - it’s clearly a SCAM. I’m £120 out of pocket and have three unwearable, unwanted dresses that are not fit for purpose.

The company have since offered me a £15 discount on £120 order even when being sent images of the stain and measurements of the oversized dresses - I have refused to accept it. On their website it says refunds will be issued for ‘defective’ products but this is not the case. A £15 discount is not a refund.

I can't believe I am wasting more time on this FRAUD of a company. The company is now harassing me to take down my review on their sham of a company. I only buy online and this is BY FAR the worst customer service I have ever seen. They keep asking me to give me a partial credit or to exchange for other items. I don't want anything from this company. Their service and quality is garbage. save your money! I did not entertain the partial credit.
Why would i take partial credit for an dress that is a completely different size from the other exact same dress but in a different color?! I want my money back! It's unwearable and doesn't fit at all. Not to mention it looks NOTHING LIEK THE PHOTO! From one of the other reviews, I read it would only be something like $12 or so. I spent almost $200! I told them the only way you can make this right is by refunding me. If you cannot offer me a full refund stop bothering me and wasting my time. They keep sending multiple emails. I'm outraged by their harassment! They're clearly not going to give me a refund for their horrible quality and inconsistent items. They won't leave me alone! Its despicable behavior and I've never experienced anything like it before. Do not buy from this website they're frauds!

What's worse is they responded to my review and sent me multiple emails to make it right but they refuse to do the right thing. They only care about money; not providing service or real authentic products. This company will not last. I have all the items packaged up and ready to ship back to you to return for a full refund. They are garbage. I do not want any of them. Please don't wase your money

Mapledance: Don't you dare contact me again unless you're going to give me a refund. Leave me alone otherwise!

Terrible company to deal with! Avoid at all costs!!
Their return policy is written to make you believe you can return within 14 days until you contact them and they advise you can only get a refund if damaged.
I sent the parcel back tracked to the UK address on their website before they replied to say I couldn’t get a refund but they’re saying the warehouse is closed and all returns need to go to China!! I have a picture of the parcel being delivered to an open warehouse!
I am now out of pocket by £100 and have no dresses.
Do not waste your time or money. The quality of the dresses aren’t great either.
The good reviews are probably fake and written by them.

I ordered a satin dress for my civil ceremony and it was absolutely nothing like the picture. The color was different and it was made backwards. I can’t get a hold of anyone for a refund.
