Company was not honest
Company was not honest about the monthly charges and we have not received even the thought of a new job coming though. All we have received is junk calls that were supposed to be filtered out. Very unsatisfied.

Setup and implementation of this was as easy as can be. Mindy was great. She was very easy to get in touch with when I had a question, and also kept me updated every step of the way.

The systems and architecture are well set up. Flowchart scripts insure accuracy on incoming client calls.
Although I have worked with the back office and the accounting personnel, our Account Manager Traci Walker carries the day for the continuity of "keeping in touch" and solving issues as they will and do come up. I refer Map Communications on a regular basis for "live reception" with the complexity of responses to potential clients.

This company charges for ROBO calls
This company charges for ROBO calls, meaning anyone can call even junk calls and you will be charged for it. We have a small, very small business and spending over 400$ a month on this service with no more than 15 legit calls. We tried talking to them and they will not work with us as their customers. Very poor customer service. Time to disconnect. We just noticed in the last 2-3 months and we can’t believe this has been going on for years! We have used them for over a decade now. They would have kept taking advantage had we not caught it. Shame on them for not owning up to their technology error.

Im cancelling this service. Various irrégularités such as charging extra for Holidays, poor messages, long wait for someone to pick up but the last straw was when someone at Map called our medical office at 4:00 am and left a message asking what our ID number was ? Shouldn’t they know that? I pay monthly and on time. They never miss a bill but these errors in service are lost income for me and put our practice at liability risk if a patient calls and we don’t get the text.As a result I did not get a message paged out to me from a hospital with an emergency consult.
Great Salesmen but Horrible Service
My first and foremost questions before signing up with MAP is if the calls are answered in the United States by English speaking people. While this may be true when I would call my number to check in a person with a heavy Indian accent answered which gave the impression that my phone number went to a foreign answering service. Also, when I would call to check I would immediately get put on hold for an extended period of time. I wonder how many potential customers I lost because I used their horrible service for several months.
