The agents did not handle the calls appropriately despite having a script. The messages taken were often incomplete, did not give me enough information to know how to proceed with the call e.g. if I had to call back, or client was only inquiring, or what the inquiry was, etc. Difficult to get ahold of them. I cancelled the service and despite of the 30-day cancellation policy, they decided to charge me for 50 days beyond the cancellation. It was a waste of money and loss of potential clients. Very disappointed on the service.

Lulu was very quick to reach out when I emailed our prior account manager. We came up with a quick and effective solution to help us get our new client form to the right attorneys. She showed me the additions to their script while we were on the call to make sure it was what we wanted.

I was charged 17.5 minutes for a call that lasted about 2 minutes. Completely unacceptable.
I also did a test call and it took them 3 minutes just to answer.
This service claims it blocks or hangs up on telemarketers, but instead it lets calls run to inflate billable minutes.
Misleading marketing, predatory billing practices, and zero value.
Canceled immediately. Avoid this service.
