I recently had a fantastic experience…

I recently had a fantastic experience with Map Communications.

The consultation process for setting everything up was seamless and thorough. The user portal is incredibly easy to navigate, making it simple to manage my needs.

What really stood out to me, though, was the exceptional customer service. Anytime I needed changes made, they were usually addressed within 30 minutes—truly impressive!

A special shoutout to CJ, who has been amazing to work with. Her responsiveness and professionalism made the entire process even smoother.

I highly recommend Map Communications for anyone looking for a reliable and efficient answering service!

Great Customer Service

I have had the pleasure of working with AnswerOne for almost 10 years now. They have amazing customer service, including Yvonne Garcia. Anytime I have any questions, concerns, or desire to enhance our practices workflow, Yvonne and AnswerOne are there.

MAPS Communications is a great solution for businesses

We have been using MAPS Communications for quite a few years now. They are vital for our business and help us drive revenue and resolve customer needs every day. We use them for after-hours calls, and when our phones go down, which seems to be often with our provider. When this credit was depleted, our standard billing process resumed on July 10, 2024. This same day a member of our customer service team updated the account to ensure statements will be sent even on zero balances. Traci Walker A++++ service

I have to be honest that I was skeptical to sign up with an answering service. However, my friend Rony Barsoum at Barsoum Law referred me to Acena. I did not have a contact person to call, but I was very happy Traci Walker took my call.
One never knows what they are getting into with call centers, but Traci was reasurring that I was doing business with a reputable company and I felt comfortable speaking with her right away.
Since signing up, I've had a great experience so far.

Also, when I have had (several) calls with questions, Traci has answered every single one of my calls, and I've never had to request a call back. Thank you so much for your honesty and transparency and availability, Traci. I will refer to you anyone that I can in need of your services!

What a phone call

What a phone call! Such an easy breeze call. Mindy is wonderful and helped me through everything. Mindy was patient just gave me 110% of her focus to resolving this matter. She is defiantly a big reason our company keeps Maps. Its great customer service like hers that makes a difference and matters.

I experienced dis-satisfying results…

I experienced dis-satisfying results using Map Communiciations call answering services for the brief time I contracted with them. It seems they were more interested in proving how many minutes they spent answering my calls than providing a service that would entice potential customers to contract with me for tax preparation. Per their records, I had customer hang ups, no messages left, etc. for the very few calls answered. I also had many questions regarding billings during the two-month period I contracted with them. In answering these questions and assisting me in reconciling billing, one of their SVPs of Customer service explained that it takes time for their representatives to get up to speed with a new customer. Of course, one bad customer experience for potential clients of my business erases many positive ones, as I explained to him. As a gesture of good will, I was offered a refund of the back-to-back 12/31 and 1/1 “holiday charges” of $30 per day and was asked to remove my original social media posts of the company. I did so in good faith. This was my second mistake (after choosing this company in the first place). Going on three weeks later, and no refunds received. Called the company one last time and they have no record of a refund related to my account. Enough said I believe.

When you spoke with our leadership team, the account was reviewed in detail to ensure that your concerns were addressed. It was during this interaction an agreement was made and our team offered you a credit of the holiday fees. It is important to note that on March 19, 2024, this credit was applied to the account. We apologize for the miscommunication regarding the balance on your account when you called on April 1, but this does not negate the fact that we did in fact follow through on our commitments. We are sorry you’ve had a frustrating experience and have reached out numerous times by both phone and email with no success in connecting. When you are available to do so, please respond.

Set and Forget in the best way!

The setup process was fairly easy and quick! It was awesome to get started within a few days and we value the HIPAA compliance feature. Mindy did a great job and communicated often and effectively while our team was getting onboarded. We have no complaints so far.

Professional Call Out Organization
