Don’t buy online. The quality is shockingly low — glue marks, loose threads — on €170 flip flops. Honestly, feels like something from H&M.

Tried to return them and the process is a nightmare. You have to email customer service, send multiple photos from different angles, and then wait (still waiting) for a return label. Oh, and you have to pay for the return yourself.

Maybe the in-store experience is different, but online? Just don’t.

I know the products and the shoes I buy are fantatic for glamour and quality.

Scarpe belle, morbide, comodissime. In estate metto praticamente solo quelle, le amo!!! Ho anche diversi capi d’abbigliamento, leggeri, freschi ed eleganti. Per me Manebì è sinonimo di estate!

I bought a pair of 195€ pants in mid july last year. I have received them very late compared to what I was told, towards end of august last year.
I used them only this year for the first time and noticed after the first wash (linen setting on Miele washing machine) that there was a large hole near one pocket.
I contacted customer support and they told me it is normal for their "high quality materials" to have "small holes due to usage or maintenance of the product"...
Will for sure not buy anything again.
They look nice, but the quality and customer service is very far from what you pay for.

Ho ordinato e pagato un paio di scarpe in negozio con la promessa di consegna dopo 2/3 gg lavorativi. Le scarpe sono arrivate dopo un mese. Pessimo servizio

Consegna super veloce (abito in Italia) - Ho comprato dei pantaloncini in puro lino. Sicuramente comodi e fatti bene - look un po' spartano e quasi "da casa". Nonostante la qualità non so se valgano effettivamente 160 euro essendo un fit non necessariamente valorizzante (sono taglia S)...

I was not very happy with my experience of this company. It was not mentioned at the check out that I would have to pay another €46 on top of what I paid for the shoes that I purchased this was for tax and customs which was not mentioned. Also the company UPS that they use for deliveries would not allow me to change the date or time of delivery despite downloading the app so I have no idea when my shoes will arrive and I would not recommend using this company again for that reason

According to Swiss regulations, purchases up to CHF 150.- should be exempt from customs duties.

I am disappointed by Manebi’s indifferent attitude: this is undoubtedly the last time I order from Manebi.

Ho avuto un’esperienza davvero eccellente sia con l’acquisto online che presso il negozio Manebí di Alassio (SV). Il personale in boutique è stato gentilissimo, disponibile e molto accogliente: mi sono sentita davvero coccolata. Have bought from Manebi numerous times for smaller orders but I received a €125 voucher if I spent over €400.. so I bought more than I normally would as a treat for my husband - now my delivery has been delayed by 2 weeks and today (after chasing), I’ve been hit with a £80 customs charge, meaning I saved literally nothing?! What’s the point, you’re falsely tempting customers by ‘saving’, but then we get fleeced because we had to buy more to benefit from the voucher - so the company knows exactly what they’re doing, it’s completely bizarre. Complete rip off for an ‘international’ company, last time I’ll be shopping there. If you want their products, buy from UK stores like Selfridges, but to be honest, the quality in the shoes has been decreasing every time I’ve ordered a new pair

The swimsuits I bought from Manebi are amazing! The quality is top-notch, all swimsuits I have bought over the years are beautifully made and packaged with care. Everything arrives exactly as described on their website. I'm very happy with my purchases!
I just wish Manebi would offer more different styles of bikinis (for example as in previous years).
