Ho ordinato un paio di scarpe n 35 (due disponibili).Dopo più di una settimana, (tempi di consegna dichiarati 3 giorni lavorativi)non avendo avuto nessuna mail che mi informava della spedizione, ho scritto per avere degli aggiornamenti. La risposta è stata che le scarpe non erano disponiili!!! Ora mi chiedo: se non avessi scritto io per chiedere informazioni quanto tempo sarebbe passato per informarmi della non disponibiltà del prodotto? Non è serietà!! Era anche un regalo!!! E poi per finire mi inviano una mail chiedendomi se sono stata soddisfatta del prodotto ordinato!!!

Espadrillas carine anche se abbastanza costose. Vestibilità stretta, suggerisco di scegliere almeno un numero in più di quello abituale. Packaging non curato. Ho acquistato una taglia grande da uomo e la dust bag è piccolissima, tanto che scarpe spuntano fuori di svariati centimetri: inadeguata.

Good experience with customer service who helped me locate an item which I couldn’t find on the website. Product is good and I’m very happy. Duty free shipping to the UK would be a bonus. Would buy again.

Normally i would wait for the package to come, but right now i am in the middle of waiting for the arrival and so far not great experience. The company is working with Fedex (delivery company) extremely not reliable company with only 1,6 stars of reviews.. and what do you think? I paid for fast delivery within 1-2 days, and its been a whole week now. We were at home 2 days waiting for the package and in both cases they claimed we were not home- no one rang and no one called.

If you have as a company this offer of fast delivery that i paid for, you should be working with someone who is actually capable of delivering it on time. I am not giving yet less stars, because the client service is actually good and the products too. Lets see how long i will wait for this, or if it ever arrives at all. Be sure not to pay for this option of delivery.

The shoes are ok but they should let the customer know up front that there is a 30% tariff that occurs before USPS delivers the product. This added to the original price makes it not worth bothering with this purchase!

Do not buy from them. You will pay duty rax 50% and if you refuse it they will charge you an additional 30%. So what is innacurate from what I said? Everything is just what I went through.

Assurdo spendere 10 euro per le spese di spedizione ed altri 6 euro per quelle di reso. Calcolando che loro decurtano i 6 euro dal prezzo dell’articolo e non dal totale, il costo complessivo per effettuare un reso è di 16 euro. Sconsigliatissimo l’acquisto su internet. Sulla qualità del prodotto nulla da dire ma esperienza di acquisto pessima.

La qualità’ non corrisponde al prezzo. Ho fatto un reso e mi ha decurtato 16 euro per la spedizione del reso. Assurdo! Ci sono siti e prodotti migliori!

Hice un pedido de unas alpargatas, hasta ahora había comprado calzado dos veces más sin problemas con las tallas, y me llegaron muy grandes, así que pedí etiquetas para hacer la devolución y que me envíen otras mas pequeñas y dos semanas mas tarde no he recibido ni las etiquetas, ni unas alpargatas mas pequeñas ni mi dinero. Un desastre

If you decline, they deduct this 30% from the refund! I will never buy another product from this company. Be transparent before sale!

This is the second pair of shoes I have ordered and am currently awaiting delivery. I have worn the first pair regularly and am delighted with their quality and hard-wearing manufacture. I had an issue when ordering the new pair over the application of the discount offered to UK customers but this was quickly resolved by CS. I look forward to their delivery.

When I ordered the item, it was available with delivery within 5 to 7 days. After a couple of days, I received an email informing me that I will receive my order as soon as it will be available. Still waiting to receive my order.

Placed my order and received excellent customer care informing that I was ordering from UK which meant extra charges at the border would be added. Not Manebi’s fault. Order received very quickly, and I am so pleased with my new shoes!!!!

In love withe the shoes. I don't use the website and prefer go to the shops in Cannes. Antonio is so helpfull.
