Viele Sachen sind einfach zu teuer. Dafür, dass die Händlerkette überbrückt wird, müssten die Sachen günstiger sein.

Die Informationen sind immer sehr hilfreich und interessant. Die Angebote sowie die Webseite sind sehr gut und ansprechend.

I love the range of whiskies they cover. having tasted some of their single malts I tend to stick with them.

Ich bin sehr froh diesen Shop gefunden zu haben, absolut zuverlässig und schneller sicherer Versand.
Wenn man fragen hat, dauert es nicht lange bis einem geholfen wird.
Einfach nur zu empfehlen!

Bis jetzt alles Super, es hat alles geklappt. Lieferung könnte aber ein bisschen schneller klappen. Verpackt ist alles sehr gut, immer ohne Beschädigungen angekommen. Die Auswahl ist leider auf ein paar wenige Brennereien eingeschränkt, aber ansonsten sehr gut!!!

Guter Shop. Die verstehen was von Whisky und bieten einen echten Mehrwert im Kundenservice.

Ein sehr gutes Sortiment, bei Fragen immer kompetente Hilfe. Die Ware ist stets gut und sichert verpackt. Immer gerne wieder.

I use a mixer so the Malt I will have as the special Christmas present from my son will be sipped with just piece of ice in a crystal glass. My regular scotch and lemonade plus a few lumps of ice is 'swigged', my Malt is sipped and savored.!!!

Really poor company to deal with!
Been told by Royal Mail my parcel is missing, contacted Malts and received and email saying we will be in contact within 48 hours! Still waiting for the reply over a week later! Currently have had no response from either company and no items received!

Zwei emails pro Woche mit Neuheiten, die zu außerordentlich hohen Preisen angeboten werden.
Das Angebot von Blended Scotch Artikeln einer bekannten Marke gefällt überhaupt nicht.
Die emails sind lästig, zu häufig und zu einseitig ausgerichtet.

I think the site was a little rocky when it first launched, I had no idea when things were being released, etc. But now, it's working well, the Malts Club is great, and every order I've had has arrived perfectly. Some items don't ship for a while, but that is usually noted on the item page. Overall, the site is very nice and works well. Shipping to USA will be a big plus.

Good whisky at reasonable prices and free delivery for Malts Club members. That's great, thank you. However, Malts Club benefits are a bit hit and miss, in my opinion. Great to have free delivery but the allocation of points appears inconsistent. I never received my birthday bonus. Tried to contact but got no reply. I have written three reviews since signing up but only got points for one. Clarity on this would be great!
Update- November 2022: I have now had my Malts Club Points total amended to be in line with what I was anticipating. This occurred within 24 hours of me replying to their request for me to contact them again. In view of that I am happy to upgrade my review to 5 Stars. Thank you for your rapid response.

Not a great selection on offer, I would have liked to have seen some of the smaller independent distilleries represented such as Rosebank.

Malts.com do know their stuff and had a good selection of malts, many of which I have in my collection or have consumed.

Alas recently offers have been concentrated on niche high end malts (mostly variants of established brands) at hundreds of pounds a bottle.

Now I am so naïve as to think there as such a thing as a cheap bottle of good malt whisky, but on the other hand I am not so gullible as to pay many times the price for a virtually indistinguishable bottle.

Great choice of whisky and reasonable prices. Delivered to the door as well.
