Worst customer service ever!!!
My order took more than one month and the only thing the customer service Is doing, is lying, not responding and doing everything to not be helpful at all!
Don’t get blended by the nice website design

My couch was delivered on April 2nd, but unfortunately it arrived damaged due to transport. The delivery driver immediately took it back with him.

Since then, dealing with customer service has been extremely frustrating. Responses come only about once a week, which is far too slow. I also went to the store in Berlin for support, but they were unable to help because the order was placed online. Apparently, they are not allowed to intervene in online customer service matters, which leaves customers without real and quicker support. There is also no phone number available anywhere.

The main issue is timing: I ordered the couch weeks in advance because I have guests coming soon and specifically need the sleeping function. So far, I have no clear answer on whether a replacement has even been arranged.

I was offered a €100 voucher if I agreed to have the damaged couch delivered to me again, which I declined. What I actually need is a clear confirmation that a replacement has been processed and will arrive on time.

Today, I once again received only a vague email with explanations, but no concrete update on how things will proceed—despite already requesting a replacement. This is very frustrating.

Additionally, the delivery driver mentioned that delivery issues happen frequently and that many products arrive damaged due to insufficient packaging. Sustainability should not only focus on reducing packaging but also on ensuring products arrive intact, avoiding unnecessary returns and replacements altogether.

So far, I would not recommend.
It should be possible to find a solution within 7 working days.

Ik moest eerst 2 maanden wachten op een retour label en nu na het retour sturen hebben ze al letterlijk een maand lang niet de retour verwerkt waardoor ik zelfs aanmanings kosten bij Klarna heb moeten betalen. Heb nu al zo vaak gemaild of ze de retour kunnen verwerken omdat ik m’n geld terug wil en nog steeds geen reactie!! Ik heb deze bestelling in januari gedaan, dit is toch belachelijk!!!

Not letting costumers know that they collaborate with a delivery service that doesnt offer a carry in option for heavy items, and not being upfront about it.

I have purchased two orders from noo ma. A small table and two beautiful throws. Both orders arrived within timeline communicated via a courrier from
Poland to Ireland . Both beautifully packed. Both orders exceeded my expectations in terms of quality and colour. Love the table and the throws. Highly recommend this company for quality products at great prices. Wishing them all the best for the future

I ordered the Ande table last week and it arrived this week in perfect condition - I was a little hesitant about ordering because of the bad reviews here and also because I worry that products I discover on Instagram are dodgy - thankfully my experience was all good - the table arrived within the time frame they specified (6 days) and was in perfect condition and exactly as described. The only think I would note for anyone considering ordering - the metal table is clang-ie so every time you set a coffee cup or plate down it bangs but I suppose that was to be expected from a metal table.

Bestelling kwam zoals beloofd. Helaas was het niet zoals gehoopt. Het duurde wat langer voordat ik reactie had voor het retourneren maar uiteindelijk is het netjes afgehandeld.

Well made side table, feels solid and coating is done really well. The colour, we got the red one, is nice and unique. The size is right for the side of the sofa. It arrived well wrapped! Will consider purchasing again from nooma.

Azienda totalmente priva di serietà non si riesce a contattare telefonicamente poiché i numeri sono inesistenti e non rispondono alle mail . La mia società sta iniziando un azione legale contro di loro

The table I received was bashed in various places and the pre drilled screws did not align so we could not assemble the table. Tried to return it as a defective product and have not received a response. Avoid buying from this company!

I saw the nooma products in a shop in Berlin and fell in love with the designs. Had to buy the bedsheets online, cool design and comfy material

Bon j ai eu peur au départ car la livraison me semblait longue et je n’avais pas reçu de mail de confirmation, inquiète j’ai envoyé un message, la réponse à été un peu longue à recevoir mais bon rassurante , j’ai reçu ma livraison peu de temps après ! Ouf !!

Pouf, hoch, in Orange. Lange Lieferzeit. Schlechte Stoffqualität: bereits nach sechs Monaten ausgeblichen, Flor vom Wollstoff auf der Oberfläche abgerieben. Er sieht aus, als hätte ich ihn schon 10 Jahre. Schade. Stabil gebaut, angenehme Höhe zum Füße hochlegen.
