Sort out customer support
I buy a lot of watches from Mainspring. My only issue is when I try to contact them if there is a problem with a watch. This only happens occasionally, but it is always a problem. It is difficult to get a reply and the reply I get is often unhelpful. If they sort this out it will be 5* for sure.

Good Support.
UPDATED: I initially did not receive any responses to my two email requests. However, I eventually managed to reach their support team and they seemed to have had an issue with their email system. My issue is now resolves, so I updated the review in the hope that they got to the bottom of the email issue.

I absolutely love the choice of watches…
I absolutely love the choice of watches from Mainspring. It would be 5 stars apart from the fact that there's no standard rate phone number to contact them on. However, that being said, their customer service once you've got hold of them, is second to none. The quality of the watches are brilliant and the best thing of all is the prices are ridiculously cheap

Lack of communication was the biggest…
Lack of communication was the biggest issue here. The website did not state at all that this was a direct from retailer product and even said next day delivery. It took nearly 3 weeks to finally get a reply from someone. Once the communication started then it wasn't an issue, apart from the fact that neither watch was in stock at all.
Mainspring stock some outstanding watches but their communication are dire and the only phone number is a premium number which I won't call on principle.
