Mainspring Watches UK ltd Anmeldelser

Tristan really does know his trade and not only did I get a very good price on my Omega but he went the extra mile to give me very sage advice on my future purchase knowing full well he would not benefit from doing so. I am delighted with the service, prompt response and excellent advice from this talented individual.

Met up with Tristan today , I was apprehensive about doing business via chrono hunter and leaving my pride and joy with someone is just met but all I can say is Tristan was the epitomy of professionalism and understood my concerns , he was happy to chat and put no pressure on me whatsoever , he was quick to assess my watch ( Tudor back bay s and g ) and funds via chrono hunter appeared in my account much earlier than expected , I cannot recommend Tristan highly enough and will make sure to tell my friends even if he does drive a BMW and doesn’t use the indicators

Kind regards

John

These guys have such a passion for watches and it absolutely shows in every aspect of dealing with them. I personally dealt with Tristan who is just a stellar person.

I came across Mainspring while searching for additional links for my Carrera chrono & SLR Calibre S. Tristan went above & beyond & was able to source the required links in great condition and at a very reasonable price. Communication was absolutely top notch despite the massive time zone differences between the UK & Australia. Replies were always prompt, engaging and you can just tell how passionate he is in every message you get. When the links arrived they were seriously well packed and in amazing condition.

In the scope of other reviews on here my purchase wasn’t a big one…but seeing that they put as much effort & passion into sourcing a few links for a guy across the other side of the globe as they would for a local purchasing a high end timepiece…I simply cannot recommend Mainspring Watches enough…yes they are THAT good. Thank you so very much 🙏👌🙂

A first class response in terms of speed, communication and simplicity. Would recommend without hesitating. In my case I sold an Omega Seamaster watch.

Top service - Part exchanged my Planet Ocean for a Panerai. Tristan offered a fair PX and the watch arrived was as described. Very knowledgeable and a nice relaxed approach. Keep up the good work I will be back to buy another👍

Very pleased with the process of selling my watch. Tristan was very efficient and made the whole process easy and stressfree, thoroughly recommend

Absolutely top gentleman, Tristan was so very helpful, great deals to be had.
I bought an omega planet ocean, beautifully packaged, arrived within days of purchase, unbelievably beautiful watch.
Totally recommend.
Always there to help with any watch enquiry.
If they haven’t got one in stock, they will find you one.👌🏼

Spoke with Jamie looking a particular strap that Mainspring are stockists of and had a seamless service from start to finish… the strap arrived in a matter of days and was updated at every stage. I definitely recommend and will be returning again in future.

Was dubious at first but found the whole sale from start to finish very professional, quick and easy. Pleasure dealing with everyone involved.
Dropped the watch off in the morning and had the money in my account the same day! Would Definitely use again!

Tristan was very helpful, providing help and advice, if required on every stage of selling my watch. Quick and very efficient. Would highly recommend.

Great friendly and honest Tristan was an absolute pleasure to do business with them cant recommend Mainspring Watches enough

I was in need of a rare and discontinued bracelet for a watch used daily for a specific work purpose. Tristan was able to source the bracelet I needed and offered it at an extremely reasonable price, all achieve over the course of a weekend. Comms were exceptional and between Tristan and Jay, I had a confirmed order on the Monday, which was subsequently received on the Tuesday. Bracelet was as described and well packed. I literally couldn’t have asked for a better service from start to finish. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Mainspring again, or to recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, reasonably priced, first class service.

Tristan is an asset to the company. His communication is brilliant and nothing is too much trouble. Made the whole experience very easy and answered all of my questions reassuringly and promptly. Thank you

Over the moon with the watch, exactly as pictured with box and papers. Tristan was absolutely fantastic, messaged back within minutes and was able to send special delivery - incredible service.
Will definitely be the first place I go to in the future. Thank you!

Excellent customer service and communication! Super fast delivery too. Thank you!

Their knowledge of watches is endless. Also they are more interested in getting the right watch on your wrist than profit. Excellent and will use them every time.

Thanks!

A good company to work with. I worked with Tristan who was always professional and diligent inspections were carried out quickly and I was kept informed throughout. Once complete funds were received promptly. I would highly recommend.

Really good service from Tristan clear comms and honest approach, would definately use again.

Sold my grand seiko watch to Mainspring, a very good experience with good communication and speedy service.
The whole process only took a few days and money transferred the same day the watch was checked over for authenticity.
Very happy to recommend there service

This was the first time I had sold a watch before and Mainspring watches couldn't have made it more accommodating. I was nervous about posting my watch for inspection, so I drove to do it in person. On meeting the faces behind the name, I couldn't have felt more comfortable leaving the watch with them to inspect.

The watch I was selling needed a service which affected the price they could offer me for it, but they took the trouble to call me yesterday (a week on from our business concluding) to say that the service cost less than they expected and paid me a further £80!!

Genuinely good people providing an honest and professional service. Wouldn't think twice about working with them again.

Thank you Mainspring Watches!
