I bought a breitling watch strap from these guys it was unreal condition just as said in advertisement also there next day all I can say there look after you super Paul from South Shields

I bought a Breitling navitimer from mainspring which due to its vintage nature wasn’t quite the watch for me. Returned it with no drama or fuss. The whole process was excellent from start to finish. Great communication and hopefully be able to buy something from them in future.

I have been collecting, buying and selling wrist watches for some 40 years and in all that time I can honestly this is the best seller/retailer I have traded with and by some margin. Tristan is a real professional, very friendly and knowledge and even went to the trouble of replying to emails in the evening. Very highly recommended and an absolute pleasure to trade and purchase from. You really can not go wrong. Thank you guys and all the best for the future.

What a truly professional company - Although I did not purchase a watch in the end, the team answered all my questions quickly and were extremely helpful. Should the opportunity present itself to look at other watches of interest, I would not hesitate to reach out to them again.

I would just like confirm the great reviews for Mainspring Watches, My first ever purchase for a 'Rolex Oyster', What a pure pleasure to meet with Tristan and Jay today , The watch is simply perfect and can only be described as immaculate, Could not ask for a more ! Enjoyed every minute of the buying process, Thank you for helping me find my first Rolex, The Guys love to share their passion for 'high end' watches, till next time ?!!

Tristan was great - speedy responses and a pleasure to deal with. If I look to buy or sell a watch again, I'll be sure to head in his direction.

Tristan was great to deal with, and very knowledgeable I got a text confirmation on receipt of my watch as soon as it arrived and confirmation that everything was in order just a few hours after that.
The price I was paid was significantly higher than the other offers which I received. Money was paid into my account the same day.
Would defo use again.

Old school customer skills, depth of knowledge and a genuine passion for their subject is reassuringly alive and well with the chaps at Mainspring. Initial phone and Email communications were always polite and patient and then at their office there was no hard sell, just well balanced and relevant information on the watches of interest to help me make my own decision.

Very supportive over the phone. Very knowledgeable. The communication is great. Already bought form them a few times and will keep doing. Highly recommended.

Great guys to deal with, answered all my questions and even gave advice over what to go for. 100% recommend

Rather than repeat all the positive comments already said, I'll say that I'm very pleased with the speedy and friendly service from Mainspring UK: Tristan and the team.
I px'd a Breitling watch for their Breitling watch so quickly that it put other much larger watch companies to shame. Tristan's phone manner is instantly reassuring: he's knows his stuff and is a true watch geek! Just like me, I have to add.

My "new" Breitling is quite a cool looking piece and I'm sure I'll be wearing it a lot. I'm also looking forward to doing more business with these guys, highly recommended.

Tristan and Jay are simply fantastic, genuine guys who take pride in what they do. Great communication, extremely helpful and professional. The whole process from the first contact to our meeting at their beautiful Farnborough office was pleasant and easy. If I want another watch in the future I will definitely go back to them!

I received confirmation of receipt of my watch as soon as it arrived and confirmation that everything was in order just a few hours after that.
The price I was paid was significantly higher than the other offers which I received.

I bought my Breitlimg Navitimer through these guys - excellent customer service and communication. Would definitely recommend and will be buying my future watches through them.

Tristan and Jay are very professional and a pleasure to deal with. I ordered a Breitling Navitimer which when received had an issue with the slide rule bezel. When I reported the issue to Tristan after working hours on the day I received the watch, he was immediately in touch, offering advice, confirming a return was acceptable, and even covering the postage costs for the Royal Mail Special delivery.
I'm sure the vast majority of watch purchases will be successful with Tristan and Jay, this review is to provide confidence that in those rare scenarios where something doesn't work out, the Mainspring team will resolve any issues rapidly and effectively.

I have 6 very nice watches.. These guys went above and beyond to find a spare link for a bracelet strap I purchased from them a few months back.. After asking, the spare link was in the post the next day FOC..!!! If I ever need number 7 I will come to you first…!!!!! Thank you…!!!

Tristan and Jamie are both extremely helpful and I am now the proud owner of an amazing watch, excellent service. I'll be back again soon, many thanks.

Tristan made selling my watch super easy via Chrono Hunter. Very prompt comms and turnaround. Highly recommended.
