MAG Laundry Equipment Anmeldelser

Take your money and then don’t turn up! Promised and engineer yesterday and of course no one and now you can’t reach then !

After numerous shocking experiences dealing with JLA, it was time to find a new supplier.

I ordered a new tumble dryer from MAG to replace my previous machine and found the service to be impeccable. The process was simple and fast, the communication was prompt and the delivery was timely. My new dryer is now installed and operating and my staff couldn't be happier.

I want to say a massive thanks to the team at MAG for their exceptional customer service and a special shoutout to their engineer who was extremely knowledgeable and professional.

Give them a try and you won't be disappointed!

brilliant service from start to finish. The staff was fantastic, reliable and knowledgeable about their product with no hidden costs.

would definitely use in the future.

Excellent service from Danny, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Thank you MAG for an excellent service, especially James for his assistance and securing us good deal in supplying our detergent and helping to sort our delivery problem quickly and efficiently.
Also a big thank you to Kevin his help once again in repairing our machines and fitting newpumps.

Contacted MAG Laundry after a number of failed outcomes from other suppliers. Brilliant customer service, everything delivered on time and nothing too much trouble. Great follow up service from James to ensure that everything was OK. Would definitely recommend.

I've always had a great experience with the team at MAG. Always quick to respond to emails and calls and nothing is too much trouble. I'd go as far as to say that they are the best supplier of commercial laundry machines in the UK.

Excellent company to work with. I've got nothing but praise to give for their team and products. A real friendly and helpful company who will go above and beyond to provide a top quality service.

Have always found MAG Laundry Equipment a thoroughly professional and straightforward business to deal with. Our contact Daniel has been a pleasure to work with over the last few years.

Always a pleasure speaking with MAG Equipment. Excellent customer service.

I would recommend MAG Laundry Equipment to anyone. We worked with them recently and the people there are professional, helpful, and always have time for you!

A Great Company if you want to choose one that does not have turnaround targets for repairs and threatens every call out might be chargeable even if your machine is only a few months old.

Waited all day for an engineer to call let alone turn up to fix the machine and then was told that it will be sometime but can't guarantee when that might be.

You might decide that this is not quite the level of service you need for your laundry.

An honest platform for instant trading, dealing with them is easy and convenient, and guaranteed profits

Excellent company providing quality products and service!!

Really professional advise and after sales support.

I have worked with MAG Laundry for many years. They are a great team offering a friendly and highly professional service. I would highly recommend to anybody requiring laundry equipment solutions.
