MAG Laundry Equipment Anmeldelser

I recently purchased equipment from MAG Laundry, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The quality of the machines is outstanding, and they perform efficiently and reliably every time. Installation was smooth, and the team was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout. I was particularly impressed with their excellent customer service and quick response to any questions I had. The equipment has made a noticeable difference in both productivity and energy efficiency. I would highly recommend MAG Laundry to anyone looking for high-quality, dependable laundry solutions.

Top banana! A truly flawless service from the amazing bunch at MAG Laundry Equipment that always go the extra mile to provide a top class service a job well done Dan and the team ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Not all heroes wear capes… some of them fix washing machines! Big thank you to Dan and MAG for a 5 star service. Happy to recommend.

We have used MAG for a number of years now and I couldn’t recommend them more. They are quick to respond to any queries that we have regarding the machines. We use our machines constantly with really heavy duty needed (horse rugs and calving coats) so we need machines that can keep up with us and that are reliable. We also wash expensive equipment which I was worried about but Danny and his team showed us techniques and support to make sure we were getting the best performance from our machines.

Office manager Danny is always on hand to offer advise and put us in touch with their engineers who have been nothing but professional and patient with us over the years.

The communication is excellent especially when we are first getting used to new machine and showing us how we can get the best efficiency with the equipment we have.

Nothing is too much trouble for any member of the team we speak to and it’s great to have built professional relationships with such a reliable friendly local company.

Thanks Again,

Whitelee Farming

No complaints whatsoever, strictly professional, outstanding service, bravo guys 💕

Great service, very attentive.
Thanks for helping me out after being let down from a different supplier.

Excellent company we’ve worked with Dan and the team at MAG for over 10 years now. 5 stars for customer service and communication. Great people to deal with.

Would never use Mag laundry again. We bought two industrial washing machines for over £11,000.00 and we have had nothing but trouble with them. They are just out of warranty and we have had them out several times.
Also be careful of the engineers times. They put on their times sheets they had been longer than they had doing the repair but our CCTV showed the exact times, they arrived and left the building. The after sales service is terrible. Our experience is, once you've bought the machines they are not interested. Look at alternative companies.
Edited: Mag Laundry tried to get my review taken down for it being defamatory. Trust pilot agreed it wasn't. Thank you trust pilot, I have all emails as evidence of everything I have put above. My review is genuine.

Technical support even out of hours is second to none. Very thankful for Conscientious support especially Richard.

What an amazing team at MAG. My needs were simple, but the journey in getting this development over the line was tough ........ MAG supported my every need. Attentive, resilient, efficient & cost effective. Thank goodness for the team: 'Gibby-lad', Steph and the engineers on site - all top class. Faultless.

Working with Dan and the team at MAG Laundry Equipment has been an absolute pleasure! Dan is proactive, professional, and always a delight to deal with. His positivity and approach make every interaction smooth and enjoyable. I’m really looking forward to continuing our collaboration in the New Year as the team grows and develops. Highly recommended!

Dan is a pleasure to deal with!

Exceptional service and a great team

We recently met with MAG Laundry Equipment and were genuinely impressed. Dan and the team were welcoming, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that combines strong technical expertise with a down-to-earth, customer-focused approach.

If you’re looking for reliable equipment and a team who genuinely cares about getting things right, MAG is well worth speaking to. Highly recommended.

An extremely professional business to deal with. I recently met Daniel, and I had an excellent entire experience from beginning to end. Fantastic people who are totally focused on the game and a great team!

Board room looked absolutely fantastic very different from the norm

We own a small independent veterinary clinic and bought a washing machine from MAG 2 years ago and took out a care plan with them.

In that time we have had a number of issues and found MAG provided an extremely slow response to try and get an engineer on site.

The first occasion was the washer not working properly (so we had to take our washing to be cleaned externally) and subsequently the electrics kept tripping. The engineer who came out made mysogynistic comments to the female staff who were present (which he did phone and apologise for) and they said that the machine was fine and it was the electrics. Two independent electricians said there was nothing wrong with the electrics. We decided to just live with the occasional tripping of wires.

What we could not live with was that this month the washing machine started making a heavy clunking noise. MAG engineers came out and said that it needed new bearings and a new drum. We subsequently received an email to say that in the terms of the care plan this caused a termination to the contract and it would not be covered. The quote for repair was circa £3,000. We were offered to buy a new machine for £5,000.

I would not recommend MAG at all. The true test of a company and their integrity is when something has gone wrong, and MAG has shown their true colours here. Awful. Please avoid.

As a new client the communication has been prompt and professional and everything was taken care of nice and quickly.
Definitely looking forward to working with them in the future :)

Amazing products. Amazing service. Without any doubt the best supplier I’ve dealt with in the laundry game!

I’ve been working with MAG for over 11 years and every member of the team goes above any beyond! Would definitely recommend.
