Excellent 👌 course, Great knowledgeable Tutor on affordable Pricing

I will like to leave this excellent review as recently I have joined and finished the TM Refresher course with Wayne at Customer 1st.

First of I would like to say thank you 🙏🏻 as the course was much needed to remain 100%up to date with the current regulations and to be future qualified as a TM for next couple years.

The course itself it was very well build and the way how Wayne delivered it was amazing.

I would definitely recommend to anyone who is needed or willing to take the course.

I would like to add that the trainers had a great knowledge of the industry being ex Operator and current TM and You cannot compare with other companies who offering the same service but they have no knowledge at all.

I hade few interesting question and all has been answered with references from the actual legislation or gov.com

Usually, I do not leave reviews on services but this training was above and beyond.
So well worth my time to leave this message whoever wants to join the course.

I’m really pleased the course gave you the clarity and confidence to stay fully up to date with current regulations. That’s always the goal, not just to refresh knowledge, but to make sure Transport Managers can apply it practically and remain compliant going forward.

Your comments about the delivery and real-world experience mean a great deal. I strongly believe training should go beyond theory, and being able to reference actual legislation while linking it to real operational scenarios is a key part of how I run every course.

It’s also great to hear you found the Q&A useful - those discussions often add the most value and help bring everything together.

Training was delivered very well with instructions and information being provided, not only from Wayne the course leader, he was also able to draw from other sources during the course to answer questions with confidence.

TM refresher Course

This is a course that Transport Managers or O Licence holders, in the transport industry are required to take - Wayne was the lucky man who ran this course and did his job very well, he was able to keep everyone focused and interested, giving us all challenges and vital information during the 2 day course.
If you find yourself in need of sitting this course, I would recommend using this company

Transport Manager CPC Refresher

I sat my transport managers refresher course with customer1st, the course was really interesting and well delivered by the course tutor Wayne Reidie ,very warm and welcoming and very informative. I was happy with the customer service and also learnt a lot of new things that will help keep up to date and compliant in my practices. I Recommend customer1st has 1st choice to anyone that needs to take there transport manager CPC refresher.

TM CPC Refresher


I recently completed the Transport Manager CPC Refresher Course delivered by Wayne Reidie and would highly recommend it. The course was delivered with excellent depth of knowledge, clear commitment, and strong attention to detail throughout.

Wayne encouraged plenty of questions and took the time to answer each one thoroughly, ensuring everyone fully understood the subject matter. His explanations of Transport Law were clear, practical, and directly applicable to day-to-day operations, making the learning extremely relevant and engaging.

This course is ideal for anyone who needs to refresh or strengthen their understanding of Transport Law and how it applies in real working environments. A very valuable and well-delivered refresher.
