Think very hard about the true intentions of a company who will sell you a glorified blender for a thousand pounds, but does not see fit to publish any phone numbers on its website, and whose return form is non-functional.

Absolute shysters. Genuinely feel like they couldn't care less once they get your money. DO BETTER.

I love it , worth the investment .
However I dont think its good to put the main bowl in the dishwasher as you can get trapped water inside and you won't be able to wash it properly

We received the Magmix very quickly and there were no problems at all with the delivery.
I had a Magimix previosly for many years. It lasted for about 30 years but I then bought a more advanced processor, but of a different brand. It was not a patch on my old machine. After a gap of about 10 years, i decided to buy the 4200xl and was quite excited to see what improvements had been made.
I have not been disappointed - is absolutely fantastic, very easy to use and very fast. I bought the extra three blades, which include a julienne slicer, which work absolutely brilliantly for cutting carrots for a professional looking carrot salad and the other slicers make light work of my Thai Slaw and oyher salads. The blades are fantastically sharp and you need to head the warning about careful handling, but the advantage is that vegetables are chopped in a matter of seconds. I have yet to use the other blades for cake making or pastry, but the efficiency of the machine makes me feel that this will be very easy.
I can definitely recommend this processor from my experience so far.

Purchased the Blender Power 3, their smallest form factor model – a fantastic space saving solution. I've found a larger blender (Vitamix) that I used to own was surplus to requirements. This size blender works great.

It works very well so far, and the tough borosilicate glass jug is exceptional – and of course a great non-toxic option for health-conscious consumers. The jug isn't too heavy in my opinion, just try not to drop it. I think most people wouldn't drop it.

The major selling point for me: The base of the jug has no plastic coming into contact with the food, the only place plastic might touch your food slightly is the lid, but I've found the vortex operates comfortably below the lid, so rest assured very little, if any, of the food actually touches the lid.

Another amazing thing that I didn't realise I needed was the ColdMix® technology to maintain a stable temperature and maximum vitamin levels. My top of the line Vitamix blender didn't have this, but this blender at a much better price did.

One gripe is the tamper (the tool for mixing/dislodging the contents of the blender jug) was made of plastic.

Overall I'm really impressed with Magimix. I just want them to make a good food processor/chopper and other appliances with non-toxic, plastic-free materials such as borosilicate glass and food grade stainless steel. Hopefully they will in future, because if they do I'll definitely be buying more from them.

On Second use the blades assembly came apart while blending, making a mess and denting the plastic on the base with motor. I reported to Magimix UK only to be blamed for overfilling the cup, which I did not and it was visible that I did not on the pictures provided to them. Bad product and bad service. Avoid.

The website was easy to navigate, purchasing process was smooth and quick, delivery was fab. The whole parcel was well packaged and kit protected.

Amazing products and excellent quality. I have a blender and a cook expert, both are fantastic. They are blending smoothies / soups much much better than other, cheaper brands.

Had ours a few weeks now and its a superb steamer. Vegetables are so much nicer and I use the juices from the bottom for gravy which adds flavour too! The service I received from start to finish was spot on . Communication was just right and super fast delivery.

Have just bought a Magimix blender after using a Vitamix for 14 years. I took a while to decide as many reviews between the two brands preferred Vitamix. But the cost differential eventually made up my mind. I am so impressed with the Magimix blender that I can honestly say it beats the Vitamix hands down, not just in the blending but also in the build quality and the ability to clean the jug/blades.

Easy transaction to order directly from Magimix who had my 3200xl on sale. The appliance is good looking and seems to be very well made. I've only used it a few times so far, but no issues and overall very pleased with my purchase, The deciding factor on my purchase was the 30 year motor warrantee and the 3 year warrantee on all other components, as well as knowing that any spares required will be available for 30 years.

Exceeded my expectations. The mill attachment grinds oats, seeds etc to fine flour and makes fantastic smoothies and cake batches.

Great customer service. I cant fault them at all.

The engine seems strong. I made pumpkin seed butter and it took about 15 minutes with the knife attachment. The machine did not struggle at all.
I’ve grated cheese and carrots. Very quick - it takes longer to clean the bowls afterwards! a little tip is to put the cheese in the freezer for a little bit before grating it - the cheddar got a bit sticky.
Hummus was super quick to make.
What I am disappointed with is that there is no option to upgrade the bowls to glass or stainless steel. The clear lid would be enough to see what is going on in the bowl even if the bowl would be stainless steel. I have an Ankarsrum stand mixer, and they gave me an option to upgrade the whisking bowl to stainless steel, which I did. So it should be possible to make this improvement for magimix too.

Great long lasting products. I emailed them after one part of my food processor was damaged. They replied within a day and sent out a new part with no fuss. Great company.

I initially purchased from Amazon however so many components appeared missing. I contacted magimix directly who were so helpful, they emailed me a full list which resulted in a return as a lot was missing.
I then ordered directly from them.
They kept me regularly informed on updates of shipment and guarantee.
It arrived swiftly and well packaged.
I have been delighted with the product and the attentive nature of their customer service.

Easy to use. Pleased with its various attachments and abilities.
Had a problem with the bowl not locking properly but contacted the company who overnight sent me a replacement.

The customer care team is great. I asked for a change of colour after I'd placed my order, and they helped me out with the delivery process for the colour I wanted. The process was a breeze and went really smoothly. I'm really pleased with my new blender. It's a big step up from my old Ninja, which was so loud and not very efficient. My Magimix is much better. I can make my ginger shots in just 1 minute at speed 3 or 4. No problem for the motor. I'm now a daily smoothie fan, and I keep them in a personal-size vase.
I'm pretty satisfied customer!
Looking forward to do more recipes from the book. Also the glass jar it looks very stylish in my kitchen.
