Valentina handled my house purchase with care and expertise throughout the entire process. Unlike other Estate agents/agencies that I have dealt with in the past, Valentina worked tirelessly to ensure that I had all the documents and information that I required as a buyer.

My particular case was complicated and took quite a while, so I'm extra appreciative of the patience that Valentina demonstrated. If I ever need an Estate Agent again, Madison Brook will be at the top of my shortlist!

I recently moved to a beautiful flat in Docklands, East London.

After weeks and weeks of stress trying to find somewhere to live, and pretty much losing hope, I came across a flat Madison Brook was letting. It was out of the area I was looking at but on a whim I messaged them.

Within the space of an hour I received a call from Vanessa. From that phone call the stress of flat searching disappeared completely.

Vanessa was absolutely brilliant with absolutely everything regarding the move, she was prompt to answer any question I had and even checked in a few weeks later to make sure everything was ok.

I couldn’t be happier with the service and level of care I received.

We had a terrible experience dealing with the Madison Brook at Royal Victoria Docks. They were the agent for the landlord in our tenancy deal and gave us false information at the time of viewing the property. After our offer was accepted, we again clarified with them on phone about some of this information and they again readily confirmed. Two days before the move-in date, we asked them to give in writing and that’s when they started going back on their words. This was highly alarming to us and extremely unprofessional on their part. Another instance – We checked multiple times for three weeks before our move-in date about all furnishings in the apartment which were accepted in writing as part of our offer. We did not get ANY response for first three times. After that, we started calling them. Couple of times, someone answered and told us that the concerned person working on our tenancy is on leave and we should not worry at all. No one made any effort to check with the landlord directly. When we contacted the owner ourselves, we got a rude shock – he was unwilling to provide some furniture which was agreed in the offer and just asked us to deal with Madison Brooks. We escalated this to the agency and initially they tried to claim that our offer was not clear. When we started calling senior managers, that is when they took this seriously and apologies and simply told us to either move without the furnishing or take back our deposit. This all happened two days before the move-in date and we chose not to get blackmailed and requested our deposit back. We dealt with a lot of people at Madison Brook over emails, calls and in-person. Overall we found majority of them unprofessional, untrained and impolite. We were consistently getting false information and assurances. This made the whole exercise stressful and we ended up pulling out from the deal

Please AVOID Stan T at all cost - what a bully!

He unnecessarily pressurised me in closing on my purchase and caused me immense anxiety for 2 weeks non-stop. Harrassing me and my solicitors on “updates” and being extremely pushy, when I was still trying to investigate a bathroom issue that didnt sit well with me.

Im sorry but if I am to invest nearly half a million on a property, I should have some time to be fully comfortable with the house! He threatened to remarket the property if I didnt close by Friday (which was the last business day of that month) instead of me closing on the following monday (so literally 3 days after) for no apparently reason!

He accused me of playing “delaying tactics” and on multiple occasions said to my partner’s face that I didnt even have the money and I was wasting everyone’s time. He knows for a fact that I had to provide evidence of my savings and mortgage in principle to Madison Brooks before my offer was accepted so that accusation was completely untrue and uncalled for.
If I could I would honestly provide email evidence of this to show how despicable he was in that situation.

On the other hand, Valentina was a star and an absolute gem. I was dealing with her up until 90% of the process and she was very helpful and accommodating throughout
