Fantastic service from the team at Madison Brook. Stan, Valentina and Claire were fantastic. I firmly believe my sale would have fallen through if it hadn't been for Claire keeping it all together, with the help of Stan and Valentina in the Lewisham office. Thank you very much!

Calli was great and super helpful and responsive with any queries I had around my property search!

We initially had a very good contact with Vanessa who helped us find our flat and who was extremely professional Al along the way. Our issues started once we actually needed to do the paperwork. Although we provided all the required information and documents on the platform, we still needed to re do it and resend documents several times. The background checks are now done for some 10 days but we are still waiting to see the tenancy agreement. All in all a long a painful process even though we need to note the excellent support from Kiran and Vanessa. Kiran really did our best to support us and I would certainly have rated things much lower without all her excellent help and advice. If everyone at Madison was a Kiran or a Vanessa, this review would certainly hold 5 stars.

I had such a nice experience with Calli Archard when purchasing a new apartment in Royal Victoria.
The service was great, and she really knows how to thrash out a great deal! She must have saved us thousands in the end as she knows the market so well.

Calli Archard knows more about East London property than anyone we have ever come across. We struggled for 6 months looking for the perfect 3 bed with river views until we met Calli and the team at Maddison Brook.

She was thoroughly reliable throughout the whole process of buying a property. She proactively showed us additional properties matching our criteria, which ultimately led to the one we bought. Calli was prompt and responsive, answering all the queries we had. Overall, she was a pleasure to work with.

Calli worked tirelessly to help sell our properties, in spite of not securing a suitable agreement , I recognised her professionalism & her total enthusiasm to find a suitable buyer. I will definitely be returning to calli once the market allows to put my properties back on the market.

Totally unprofessional from start of tenancy to finish. Started by trying to get us to offer over the marketed rental value, most probably to out-bid a fictitious other party. Then on the day we went to collect the keys to the property, were told that the inventory hadn’t been done yet so we couldn’t have the keys that day. We pushed as we would’ve been essentially homeless and they gave us the keys, a totally unprofessional way to do business.

On check-out, we were told that they want over £1200 of the deposit for things that are almost entirely covered on the original inventory. When I queried this with Callum, we were pretty much told that they know this is the case, but they’re not going to bother presenting us with an accurate deposit reduction, so we should go through the Deposit Protection Service’s dispute resolution service instead of Madison Brook bothering to present us with an acceptable solution. All-in-all this is a letting agent run by amateurs, who are very slow to deal with issues in the property, looking for any excuse to fleece you and then try to keep as much of your deposit as they can. Complete rip-off merchants and at the time of the review we are still attempting to claw back the deposit.

I've been renting out my property through Madison Brooks, Lewisham branch for the past 4 years. They make the whole process easy from start to finish and, I need to give particular praise to my property manager, Stacey Channon, who I can consistently rely on.

We have recently sold our flat with Madison Brook. We are very happy with our experience. Stan and Valentina helped us to market the flat in the best possible way and to achieve the price above our expectations. It was particularly helpful that they had a deep knowledge of the history of all the sales in our area. Claire patiently supported us all the way towards completion and went above and beoyond what was expected, chasing all parties in the chain. Altogether, Madison Brook has a great competent professional team of friendly and helpful people. We fully recommend them to anyone.
