It was shipped out fast and was beautifully taken care of before being shipped out. They were beautiful and my girlfriend enjoyed them. I will definitely be purchasing another item again and suggest anyone who’s contemplating to do the same as well.

These are as beautiful as advertised, and the flowers come in great packaging. My friend loved them as her birthday gift! I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

I strongly advised not to buy anything from this website. I’ll order something for my daughter for valentine February 8 to be exact she never received it then they said someone left it at her apartment complex on February 25, but they never went and put it door so someone stole it and now they have me going through all type of obstacles to try to obtain my money back do not shop with them

Would give minus if I could. They offer 24 hour shipping that's not true. Paid for insurance incase of problems. Said it was delivered and clearly wasn't. When tried for a refund I have to have a police crime reference number to say its been stolen. So yes that's what I've done as believe something is being stolen somewhere. Avoid

Terrible, false advertisement. Day guarantee you twenty four hour shipment.I didn't receive my item for almost three weeks. Items very cheap material. Customer service is a random person.Changing the name every time you try to contact them. They refuse to give back my money. So now I have to go through bank to get my money. Do not buy from this place.I repeat do not do it

I would give them a zero with these product . The rose heart bouquet came disassembled with red glitter all over the joint .

2 weeks late, totally fake, came in box with damage and damaged wrapping and card... total waste of $200aud.

COMPLETE SCAM. Ordered for Valentine’s Day order was completely wrong, it was diy no instructions missing items I wouldn’t recommend at all. Waste of money. Came two weeks late.

Absolute joke ordered guaranteed for valentines came today 23/02/2026 flat packed and glitter everywhere DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY my partner is absolutely gutted!

i placed my order on the 10th of february and was promsied it would come in time for the 14th, it was not until the 21st of feb that my package came, ive been tring to get a refund since the 14th and still they are dodging. I highly recomend you do not order from here as you will be disapointed by the result

Their website is very deceiving requesting you to order in time to receive and the item does not arrive until around three weeks later as it’s all from China. They also stated that they manufacturing the UK which is a total lie and when it does finally come, it comes Flat packed you have to build your own bouquet yourself, many items are missing and there’s glitter literally everywhere!!! what a mess.

I honestly don’t know how this company is still advertising. Total waste of money.

Customer Service is horrendous.

False Advertising, ordered dozens of white roses with Louis Vuitton paper and gold crown. Paid extra for accessories, only received white roses with plain paper and no crown. Very cheap material and charged extra for items I did not receive. Guys do yourself a favor and buy your girl something better than this!

Bought present and didn't receive and only received after 10 days of expected date even they promised on website that they would deliver on particular date.. Not recommended

Total scam. RUN. I ordered a hot wheels custom car that had a die cut hanger on top to look real and match a real hot wheels. and it was the cheapest quality wasnt even close to what I ordered, $50 for a 4x6 photo in a blister pack from Amazon with a car in it. I reported them to PayPal, because they are refusing to refund me unless I pay to ship it back to China (which will cost more than the item). What a joke.

I don't know who's responsible for this fake business that takes people money and don't deliver bad communication no customer service this is ridiculous!!!

I placed my order on the 6th, it's the 18th now and I still have not received my order. Tried calling the number but it will ring like twice and hang up. I can't even get an email address to respond to. When I track the order it says it's on the way to the airport in my city but it's not showing me anything past that.
