I emailed to cancel my order within 4 hours of ordering, per their cancellation policy, but they did not reply to my emails for a week. They've since dispatched the product from China, but are still not responding.

If there is a one star I will give this company. There product is horrible. The quality is very poor. Your whole house will be messed up with sprinkles. Its just like the got artificial flowers and poured colored sprinkles on it. Once you open the box the whole floor will be messed up. The stress of putting it together is unbearable. I will not advise anyone to buy this product. Stay away from Carozon gift Co. They are scammers.

I wanted to voice my disgust in this entire experience dealing with Corazon. Let’s start with I was told that I’d receive a refund for the amount paid in expedited shipping since my package arrived 5 days after (2/18/26) the date I was told (2/13/26). Well I never received that refund.

Secondly, about the item I received. It was a very poor version of what was described in the article. I sent 3 pictures for the video only to open the box and the screen reads “No File Found”. Next onto the flowers. Those are plastic imitation roses in that box that have been sprayed with a very unkind smell to say the least. However, the way you all advertise it is “eternal roses”. This is a very bad business practice you all have going. I’m not sure if I’ll hear back from you but at least you know how I feel about your product. Grade…..- F

Scammers to say the least

My boyfriend ordered me these flowers for Valentine's Day and they promised that they would be here before Valentine's. When they finally arrived a week later, they ended up being the wrong color. He then reached out and asked for a refund or to have the proper order sent and paid for. They gave him 20% refund. He also paid for expedited shipping and terriffs because we are in Canada. Tbh they look like dollars tore roses dipped in sparkles. Not impressed. Dont waste your money.

Eternal roses! I think not! How about plastic roses from dollar tree! My bf decided to gift me the eternal roses box with video for Valentine’s Day. He even paid for expedited shipping so that it would arrive before valentines day as expected. The shipping details were slow to update, he could not reach anyone on the phone to inquire. So he emailed the company and was assured he’d receive a refund for the expedited shipping. Still no refund. When the roses came, on 2/19, THERE WAS NO VIDEO FILE! Upon further inspection, the box reeked of cheap flea market musk oil! Something about the whole set didn’t seem right so i decided to pull one of the roses to discover it was fake! The false advertisement disguised by semantics was marketing genius. Needless to take your dollars elsewhere! This place is not it!

By far the most abysmal service ive seen in my entire life. I will be sueing under the guise of misleading customers and poor shipping. The flowers arrive disassembled from china with minimal and cheap materials, you are not going to receive the full construction materials for the assembly of these flowers without them being tacky looking compared to the compelling pictures and description. The packages arrived damaged and the flowers were extremely low quality instead of the soft glitter flowers advertised. 200-300 dollars price for $70 of materials. Absolutely dissapointed and awaiting a legal trial for damages and false advertisement do not waste your time here.

You are better off going and buying from the Dollar Store. Charge $112 after taxes for absolute crap. I wouldn’t give this to a stranger much less my wife.

This place is a scam. Don't buy from them. I bought a promise ring. They sent me the case, but they did not send me the promise ring. I paid about $100 for the promise ring. I tried to contact them, it's been a year and no response from them. Don't waste your money here

Horrible experience. Never received delivery, hassle to get refunded, poor communication with customer service. Paid for expedited insured shipping and it’s a joke. Disappointing experience

Was sent a box of cheap flimsy rose heads with thin green wire sticks to assemble myself. The wrapping paper they sent was plastic and difficult to work with. Complete waste of money and deceptive. Don’t waste your time.

I would have gave Corazon gift a zero if I could,the worst.I would advise no one to order from there.They never shipped the flowers,they lie an send a fake order form, a fake tracking number and when you e mail them they lie an say they shipped your product.Everyone they have scammed should report them to the better business bureau.They scammed me

Además, la calidad del material es muy baja y el precio, que supera los 200 dólares, no se justifica para nada. Parece que los productos son importados de China y el servicio al cliente deja mucho que desear. No recomiendo esta compañía.

I'm upset you have to give one star! First, I ordered & paid for priority shipping. The roses got to my girl on August 5th. Priority shipping was an extra $20, and when the roses got to her, it came as an arts & crafts project. She had to assemble everything herself & the roses actually look like their from Dollar General. They must use high quality filters because they look NOTHING like what's advertised. There's no number to reach anyone, & when I emailed to begin my return process no one responded. Total scam & horrible business! I hope this helps someone. I'm gonna leave at least one review a week everywhere I can. I promise I have the time.

Created order 21.06.2025. Still no arrival. No real help from the company to get in touch with the currier. I have tried everything. Emails, phone numbers, local post offices, suggested new delivery address. Absolutely nothing happens.
Sad, as it was a gift for someone of great importance to me. I am not very happy.

Just Horrible… Ordered as a gift. Turns out it’s a build it yourself project.. Fake Plastic Flowers come in a separate box from stems you have to put together and wrap it yourself.. Better off buying real flowers from corner store….

Scam I’ve been waiting for my order for 2 months and they don’t reply They robbed my money

Extremely overpriced and no returns allowed. I purchased similar flowers off of amazon for $25 since these ones didn’t arrive in time and they were about the same quality as the $90 flowers I got from Corazon Gift Co. When I put in a return request they said they do not accept any returns unless something was damaged or missing even though that's not what the return policy says on the website.

I paid an extra charge for a Mothers day delivery and it didn't show up. When I asked if I'd be refunded the extra charge, they pawned the error on their carrier. They shouldn't charge for services they can't deliver on. Ill never use them again!
