i have bought quite a few items from the tiktok shop for my 12 year olds christmas. all i can say so far is the packaging alone is very impressive and the products are a great size. cant wait to see her face on christmas morning with her made by mitchell haul ❤️❤️

Made by Mitchell is literally for everybody I love how exclusive the products are I used my colour case yesterday for the first time to do a Halloween Ursula look and wow! I'm not a make up artist I'm just someone who likes to play around with Make up and the colour case was so easy to use and so creamy! Thank you so much for making products that suits everyone and every kind of need too for those who like to cosplay or just general make up looks!

I've ordered a few bundles from Made By Mitchell and a few Blushes. I love the Blursh; I'll tell anyone who listens that they should try out the Blusher because it really is a great product that everyone should try.

I've had a few mystery bundles, and yes, I've had a few products in them that I'd never use, but that's a risk you take when you order a mystery bundle. And luckily I'm able to donate these products.

I would recommend in a heartbeat!

I've purchased quite a few things via TikTok which draws you in. What I've found is products are hit and miss. Curve Case is easily my favourite. It's so creamy and blendable and as someone with older skin it just works really well on it. I quite like the original colour cases but they can be quite drying but admit I find using it on my upper waterline it does last reasonably well. The brushes I like but the wooden handles can split if when you clean your brushes you get them wet. My least favourite product is a tie between their powder blush and the item that really got the ball rolling, Blursh. I don't find the blush blends well and don't like its texture, it feels talcy. The Blursh.... I so wanted to love this but the glittery ones in particular just dry too quickly and spoil any makeup underneath them. I also don't find they blend well. I'm going to try adding a small amount of moisturiser to them I think because I got carried away one day with their deals and can't afford to throw items out.

Curve Case however 10/10 this one they nailed.

Bought a £25 mystery bundle. Very disappointed. A blender and a makeup brush.....ok.
Black lipstick!!!!!!! Bright green eyeshadow!!!! Yuk!
Blusher....quite nice.
Won't be buying again

ordered this product and came in 5 days. i’ve got to say i really love this brand. packaging of product and the packaging the product came in is so beautiful and good quality.

i love love love the product aswell the shade variety in the one palette is exceptional. the fact i can use theirs a bronzer and blush i can use when i’m tan and another when i’m pale is just amazing and the formula is PERFECT

anyways i could keep on rambling on how much i love all their products but i’ll stop for now. mitchell your product really are the best. well done👏🏼💝✨

Brought a bundle, advertised as £70 worth of products, absolutely shocking is the only way to decribe what I received! Glitter silver blush, electric blue blush 😅 rubbish handcream...it's like water, a makeup blender, I buy these for £1 and a very small makeup brush which is the only thing I actually use. VERY expensive mistake, no reply from customer service when I messaged to question the value of these 'unusable products' shocking company, shocking products and shocking customer service, buyer beware
2 months and a reply on here with contact customer services?? I have already with no response at all, disgusting company with absolutely no customer service at all

Purchased a mystery bundle for a reduced price of £15, it claimed the items were worth around £70. To be honest the quality was shockingly bad and probably no more than £10 worth.
What was supposed to be everyday makeup items, turned out to be poor quality glitters, sponges etc
I didn’t necessarily expect to like everything as that’s the gamble you take, but I didn’t expect a whole package of items they obviously cannot sell.
Tried to contact the company to complain, but have been going around in circles to get a resolution. Eventually was informed I would have to return the items at more expense to me, to get a refund! Whatever you do don’t make the same mistake as me! Big con!

Ordered the mystery bundle after watching video reviews, what a waste of money!!
Eye liner in electric blue broken tip and eye gel in electric blue (really we are not in the psychedelic 70’s).
I know you take a chance with these bundles but it seems they get rid of all the crap that no on orders. The bundles you see reviewed have great items in and are probably paid reviews who say they have received fantastic items!!!

Blush/ contour brush cheap( I have better quality brushes from temu)
Brown lip liner,goes on a shxxty diarrhoea greenish brown colour. The blursh ( liquid blusher) one a silvery/ gold colour the other a dark brown. Lip gloss a horrid pale pink.
I think they dump products that don't sell on these bundles and to make it worse £4.95 delivery
Give me cosmetics quid cheaper and in a box not just a A5 jiffy bag

Disgusting brought two items from the TikTok shop only one item arrived and they are taking days to rectify and give me and update will not be shopping with them again or use TikTok

I have ordered numerous times from their tik tok shop and from beauty bay and all the products I have received have been of excellent quality. I am building up a collection of made by mitchell products and it is wonderful to support such an inclusive make up brand

First time (and last time!) buyer of a Made By Mitchell product.

The item (curve case) arrived and I was overwhelmed with disappointment. The colours in the pallet no way resembles what has been on their social media and web page. The brown shades of bronzer & contour are green/ grey in my pallet.

I sent a message to their customer service team including comparison images and was simple told there's no issue - and I'm now being ignored.

I paid through PayPal for my item so I've opened a case - which too is being ignored!!! I am hoping paypal save the day.

I try and support "small businesses" where i can, but £30 is a lot of money for a pallet - especially when half the colours are unusable. I definitely will not be buying from this company again. Customer service leaves alot to be desired - this issue could have swiftly been resolved by them and I'd have been tempted to buy from them again- instead they've lost all my future custom.

EDITED TO ADD - I wrote this in May and get a reply in August, this is a prime example of their customer service. Still recommend avoiding!

I had originally tried my sisters blush and it was rubbish, since then I’d only heard bad reviews, however I decided to ignore these and bought the curve case after seeing good reviews all over tik tok I understand those accounts are payed to say good things but I decided to give it another chance. The curve case is terrible it lasts under an hour, doesn’t stay on and takes off your makeup in the areas you put it and is most certainly not worth £5 never mind £30. Won’t be purchasing from this brand again.

I had a severe allergic reaction to these products (I’ve never had a reaction like this before). Awful swelling on my eyes from drip drip.
I sent a polite message on the chat explaining my issues and got a short and quite unhelpful response. When I replied, I didn’t (and still haven’t) get a reply for 4 days. Gutted because I did actually really like the products and wanted to buy more but I’m now worried I’ll have this reaction to all products. My purchases are now useless to me and I expected Atleast an apology/ compensation for my now useless products. I’m hardily surprised to see all these awful reviews because the customer service was really not up to scratch and needs improving.

i ordered the mystery bundle and the products i got was amazing. first time ordering and definitely will not be the last. its all got very good pigment and none of it smudges

-i got a blursh in the shade sweet cheeks
-i got another blursh in the drip drip shade
-i got the softest beauty blender
-a brush in the size me11 or mc11
-a graph-ink liquid liner in the shade black milk
- and a all lip no trip in the shade cutie patootie

all of it will definitely be used thank you so much x

Ordered the item on 09/04, delivered on 11/04 via DPD, no issues at all, the product is gorgeous, packaged beautifully, highly pigmented black lipstick with no transfer once dry. I see some people complaining about scent, but my items don't have any kind of smell, and the products feel pretty weightless when wearing as well, so perfect for gigs and festivals. I will say I ordered directly from the MBM website and not tiktok shop, which seems to be where a lot of the issues are coming from.
