UK website: My order got stuck at customs because MBM filled out the customs declaration incorrectly and the customer service isn’t helping. The package will be returned to MBM by customs. I hope that I will at least get my money back through PayPal buyer protection
EU website: ordered same items from EU website. Parcel (“thin plastic bag”) arrived completely damaged and 3 out of 4 items were missing. Customer Support is not helping, neither got the items or a refund. Worst customer service ever!!!

i ordered an advent calendar and it said it was cancelled even though i never cancelled it and it said i have a refund when i dont

Very rude hosts. placed an order on a live for a jelly bag bundle was told that it would be packed on the live which it was not despite the host stating that she would be packing the rest of her orders before she came off the live. When I asked another host about it when they next came on live she was very rude and stated that she was only focusing on packing orders that had been placed with her there and then and that she “might pack my order” No other Information on what was happening as I haven’t received any tracking information about my order. Very disappointed also the hosts seem to spend more time faffing about doing their makeup than putting their time into packing orders and providing good customer service.

Ordered sept. 8th, still no news about shipment. Very difficult to contact. No response to my chat request. I should have checked here the bad reviews before ordering.

I ordered made by Mitchell products from the TikTok shop and one of them had hair and plastic embedded into the product. i only noticed after I used the spatula to try the colors on my face near my eye. I also noticed the brushes they sent me in the other pallets i bought the brushes were ruined they had hairs stickin up in every direction and the tip of one of the brushes was bent. They also refused to send me replacements or a refund for those as well. Im a hairstylist and makeup artist so i bought these with the intention of using them on clients. After i noticed it i took pictures and sent them to tiktok shop for a refund i ended up throwing them away because i was scared after using them but they refused to refund me the money and they refused to send me replacements so they stole about $125 from me after i ended up in the hospital with severe eye cellulitis i had to get steroids, eye ointment, antibiotics, pain meds because the pain was excruciating, nausea medicine because i couldnt stop puking from the pain and another med. They are now being sold everywhere in the U.S. because they just got into ULTA a huge makeup chain here and are selling starting September 2nd i believe. I have pictures and pictures from my hospital visit as well but these people do not care about who they are infecting and their customer service is basically useless. Please help and please stop Made By Mitchell from being sold in the U.S. its just another U.K. Chinese company from tiktok trying to scam U.S. customers because they dont know any better. PLEASE HELP!! Im disputing the medium curve case, comet case, hollipop bundle, electric case, and muted nudes. Comet and hollipop case made my face burn immediately after iput thecolors on. no allergies. And electric and muted nudes had the brushes that were bent out of shape and hairs sticking everywhere total should be around $125 the doctors told me if i wouldve waited one more day my face couldve been disfigured because how bad the infection was

Love ally MBM products! I used to get the from Boots but they have better deals on Tiktok. Quality is amazing and it's quickly becoming my new favourite brand 😍

I officially own around 15-20 MBM products therefore feel I’ve given more than enough of a chance to really appreciate and experience the products.

Let’s start with the good, MBM most definitely come up with some really innovative products at an affordable price point. I love the inclusivity of the brand too.

The things that bother me are, number 1. Why are they ALWAYS live on TikTok.. I’ll be honest it’s at a point where I don’t join them anymore and it gives me the ‘ick’, one could say. There is no reason to be putting out so many products 24/7 and pushing sales that hard, CONSTANTLY.

Secondly, quality issues, due to mass production numbers? I’m unsure, however, I feel a lot of the products are lacklustre and the quality is really lacking with cheap ingredients. Myself, I can’t stand the texture of the curve case and the slip dews even the blurshes. I find some of the products very patchy and I’ve attempted to apply them as directed by Mitchell on their TikTok page videos. I often find myself wondering what the hype is all about because the products don’t live up to the expectations and standards.

I also don’t like that the brand doesn’t seem to overly care for the environment. The amount of plastics in their products is unreal. I’d love to see some reusable or refillable items. With such a mass following the least they can do as a company is care about the impact on the planet, and be seen to care too.

The product that really tipped me over the edge to writing this review is one of the lip sync glosses. When I applied it, it had a horrible smell and the texture felt cheap and barely lasted the hour. Even the packaging felt cheap like what you’d get in those 90’s kids make up sets you’d spend months begging your parents to get you for Christmas … and that’s definitely not a compliment in this case!

It saddens me to leave such a disappointing review as Mitchell seems like a lovely individual, who clearly lives and breathes his brand. But I do believe maybe it’s worth stepping back sometimes to reassess practices and care about quality over quantity. Also the impact it has on the environment and wider issues associated with overconsumption, because that is ultimately what this brand is heading towards.

I honestly wish I could leave a -50 star review.
Customer service is barely responsive, I contacted them immediately upon receiving my package. I was nervous to open it considering the under side of the package was beat the hell up, opened it and ONLY received 2/3 products, I was missing the "Lighter than Light" cream curve case. Then opened the Full Collection of the Blush palette and it was completely cracked, an entire MESS, of product.

I ordered more product prior to receiving this and feel like this is going to be one HELL of an experience to even try to get customer care to answer.

Biggest red flag is the customer service, and DHL, well, thanks for making this 10x worse.

I never tried this makeup brand before so I ordered 3 of there 18euro mystery Bundles on tiktok and I was very disappointed as I received 3 mystery Bundles with all the same products so I got 3 makeup sponges, 3 Minnie eyeshadow pallete and 3 highlighter all the same shades I wouldn't buy from them again as I was on there tiktok live that day I mentioned I'm new costumer and haven't tried there products before so asked could they put diffrent products even just diffrent shades and I was reassured that it was perfectly fine they would do that but unfortunately they didn't.

Ordered a 6 piece bundle which was on a double up promotion. Only received 10 items in the package. When you try to contact customer service all they want you to do is send all the items back for a refund. You obviously can't send all the items back when they never arrived in the first case! Really poor.

I’ve ordered so much from made by Mitchell, and I’ve absolutely loved it all, never had an issues at all, the products are stunning 🤩 my small collection has gone to a huge collection because I just can’t get enough🩷

Contacted as I bought a makeup brush set. I have not had the brushes 2 months and the bristles are falling out in chunks. One brush has no bristles left at all. Contacted the company who have said they only deal with issues in the first 30 days. Wow does that mean they know the products are terrible and will fall apart after a month !

I purchased a truck BY mmichel, which I use for my work as a makeup artist. Today, after just three months, the telescopic handle on my bag is already broken. It’s quite disappointing to invest in a product that doesn't even last three months. This is unacceptable.
I would like to know if it’s possible for me to request a refund or if the brand can offer a solution.

I ordered the 6 piece blursh bundle and 2 blurshes are missing, the only reasons I bought the bundle! I've been trying to contact MBM in every way possible for a week now with no response about my missing 2 blurshes! No contact number whatsoever! Like 7 messages to the chat on the site for the last week, 4+ emails, contacted social medias. At a loss of what to do, your makeup isn't cheap enough I can turn a blind eye. I had to wait a long time to get them.

I had a very disappointing experience with a skincare advisor named Rausabel at MitchellBrand.com. When I called to address an issue with a product I received, she was extremely arrogant, rude, and impatient. Instead of listening to my concerns, she dominated the conversation and ended the call twice. Despite other staff trying to help, it seems she manipulates the situation to prevent any assistance. This kind of behavior is harmful to the company's reputation, and I believe they should reconsider having such an employee. I hope they take this feedback seriously and make improvements to ensure better customer service in the future

My days had an amazing experience and had the best time here and emmi and Gracie went above and beyond for us , much appreciated and we will be back ❤️

If I could give 0 stars I would. I brought the curve base pallet in light and the contour/bronzing shades were green !!
Its cheap, it’s so off coloured and I would never use it.
Returned the product and they will not give me a refund but have accepted the product back as it didn’t come with the shipping box! They will probably sell it back on again. Don’t use ever !

Brilliant experience for young girls. All staff are lovely and helpful. Lots to do while there (although these cost extra) but a lovely day out for mum and daughter.

Don’t even bother ordering this cheap makeup. Why do you think they’re selling load of mystery boxes as no one buys it and they can just chuck them in. This is the most cheapest and tackiest packaging I have ever used. I tried few products and I don’t use any of them because of the quality. All reviews on tiktok I feel are from his fans and they don’t actually use them.
I decided to give a new products a try which is like a shimmery base/primer a go. Delivery was next day which I think is great, I opened it and put it my makeup drawer after about 1 hour I open the draw and I notice there was a kinda like a oil texture liquid all over my makeup which I thought is weird. Then I left it on a piece of tissue and it was wet too after 15 min. My friend said her blush started doing this too after few weeks but mine without any use.
They stoped replying to me on tiktok and refused refund. He can wipe his a** with those money

I made my first purchase on TikTok shop and when the vanity bag came it was clearly used. It had glue all over the top, black marks and scuffs, dark orange stains on the front, a huge dent in the side and the stitching was all frayed. I reported this to them immediately and although they stated they weren’t online they went on TikTok live multiple times over the next few days all the while ignoring my messages. TikTok had the photos from me and advised me to ask made by Mitchell for a refund and dispose of the bag as it was clearly a used product. Made by Mitchell ignore my messages about the bag being dirty, damaged and clearly second hand and said if im not happy I can return it for them to inspect and they’ll let me know in 30 days if im going to get a refund!

I’ve now seen multiple other reviews with the same issues of glue, dents and dirt on the bags and again being ignored by made by Mitchell while they are on TikTok live selling and also ignoring comments from people asking for refunds.

Terrible, disgusting, dirty and used products and absolutely awful customer service. Save your money and avoid this brand as much as you can!
